Zen and bright villa composed of 4 bedrooms / 8 beds on 2 levels in an extremely quiet area. 1 double bed and 2 single beds per level, 2 bathrooms with shower. Rooms in a row on the first level (the second bedroom is accessible via the first bedroom). private pool and terrace shaded pergola at the rear. At 1300 m from Baladrar and Advocat calas and their Beach Bars

Inside: Living room with HD TV, WiFi. Naya with direct access to the pool.
Kitchen equipped with hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, grill, fruit squeezer, Nescafe Dolce Gusto machine and all the necessary.
Each room is air conditioned (cold / hot)

Outside: Swimming pool with shower, outdoor WIFI, large back terrace flooded with light with table 8 people under Pergola, Kitchen, plancha and outdoor lounge with the sun permanently, even at the end of the day. 8 Sun loungers, parasols, pool games. Private parking with automatic gate. Superb night lighting for dream evenings.

Solarium terrace on the 3rd level with beautiful sea view, umbrella and 4 reading chairs.

During the months of July and August, the rental starts and ends only on Saturday.

Villa available only for families WITH children.

Charming slightly older villa. Quiet & peaceful location, about 20 minutes walk to several small beaches, both with pleasant bar/restaurants. There is also an Aldi within walking distance which is very convenient. All facilities (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, showers etc.) excellent. Kitchen facilities a little dated but no problem cooking. Overall strongly recommend for a nice, quiet rest. We stayed one month over Christmas and would do so again.

Beautiful and clean villa

I can only recommend Pascals House. It is very well maintained and clean. The garden, outdoor kitchen and pool area is absolutely superb!Thanks to Pascal for giving lots of information on what to do and visit. Car recommended!

Very Nice Stay

We spent 2 weeks in Villadelvalle and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great beds, lovely pool and plenty of personal touches. Location is great although a car is a must. Walking is challenging with the local terrain, however it didn’t stop me walking 6-8 miles a day. Fabulous!

Out of this world - A piece of paradise

I cannot rate this Villa and the service we received from Pascal and Sylvie highly enough. 5 stars doesn't do it justice. Having worked in the travel industry for over 20 years, this hands down is the best villa we have ever stayed in. From the gorgeous grounds surrounded by lemon trees to the immaculate cleanliness and comfort of this amazing villa.The service received before, during and after our trip was exceptional. We cannot thank you enough and cannot wait to return.

Two great weeks in a superb house

We spent 2 great weeks at Costa Blanca with our two young kids and part of why we had such threat time was that Pascal's house was absolutely superb.It had everything we could think of from a very well equipped kitchen to pool toys for the kids. The accommodation was perfectly clean at our arrival.We are travelling a lot but the reception at arrival by Sylvie in the house and Pascal over the phone was outstandingly warm and welcoming. Both of them were very attentive throughout our stay and communication was always very easy and helpful throught the booking process and our stay (recommendations, questions, etc)We felt warmly welcome at the house and can strongly recommend it! Thank you for a fantastic stay, Pascal and Sylvie and we wish you and your families all the best!

This villa is a "must"

It was a great pleasure to live in this magnificent villa for a whole month. The renovation and the decoration of every room are just a success. The colors are nice and soft with a touch of matching "aqua blue" everywhere. Household appliances and accessories in the kitchen are modern. The "Naya" is an exceptional veranda with sun from the morning. Furnitures and bedding are very confortable. The parking inside the villa is easy. And what to say about the different terraces, the huge pool, the lemon and the palm trees which invite you so much to enjoy your time outside eating or reading. Last remark: the views from the lower and the upper terrace are just beautiful. At the front are two hills , one of them is called Montemar. It is quite good and rewarding to walk up there..... or visit the coast and cities such as Moraira, Calpe, (without forgetting Monte Toix) Alicante, Joiosa, Altea, Benidorm...There are necessary maps at the villa. For sure it's "an oasis of tranquility"....and much more Janine and Gérard February 2019

Disappointed on many fronts

We have owned and rented out our villas in Moraira and Javea & for many years rented villas in the region. This review is based on our experience whilst staying at the villa for 3 weeks1) The villa was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We found old food in the fridge, freezer and cupboards. The oldest date stamped food was 2019 , we removed 2 bin liners of old /out of date products.2)We only had 2 serviceable sun loungers for the first three days of our stay . Only one umbrella to share despite the photos and text stating six umbrellas.3) External shower not only loose but did not work.4) No keys or instructions for the electric gate so had to manually open / close .5) Main door pillar rotten and loose , huge H & S issue.6) No depth measurements at either end of the pool , a mandatory Spanish Tourist Authority requirement & H & S issue.7) The property has many steps on either side and not really suitable for older renters or small children.8)Note the second set of bedrooms are located in the under-build and are not accessed via an internal stairwell so you have to go outside of the villa to gain entry ,9) The pipes for the kitchen sink leaked and we had to empty a container under the sink daily , we believe it to be a long standing problem .10) All doors very difficult to open & only one set of keys.11) Main lounge windows are full length , no safety glass H & S issue.Pool very clean & best we have experienced.All issues advised to owner at the tine, no response

Vi har hatt et fantastisk opphold i 14 dager. Fantastisk uteområde rundt bassenget, og godt utstyrt med solsenger og møbler. Tak over baravdelingen kunne med fordel vært tett da vi fikk et par dager med regn, med dette er som en liten bagatell å regne. Ellers utmerket ute! Huset inne er eldre, men helt ok. Godt utstyrt på kjøkken og god wifi på uteområdet og store deler av hus. Fantastisk oppfølgning av eier og renholder både før og underveis i oppholdet. Området ligger stille og rolig til, men man er litt avhengig av bil for å komme seg til restaurant/strand. Butikk er bare en liten gåtur unna. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Was für ein wunderbarer Ort-wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Wir waren mit unserer gesamten Familie mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern hier in Benissa. Zwar ist die "Villa del Valle" etwas vom Meer entfernt, dafür genießt man aber hier aber am Berg eine unfassbare Ruhe und Geborgenheit! Wir haben uns bereits am zweiten Tag hier "pudelwohl" gefühlt! Trotz der ungewöhnlich hohen Temperaturen für diese Jahreszeit (wir hatten 30-35 Grad im Schatten), bot zum einen, die schnell runter kühlenden Klimaanlagen, sowie der schöne Pool einen tollen Komfort und machte die Hitze erträglich.Toll auch die Ausstattung des Hauses, was Pool- und Strandeqipement angeht, bis hin zu den kleinen Standliegestühlen und Sonnenschirm. Hier konnte wir innerhalb unseres Urlaub sehr viel von gebrauchen!Supermärkte keine 5 Minuten vom Haus entfernt, wie Aldi, Supermercado und Pepe La Sal, tolle Auswahl, faire Preise!Wir hatten zwei Leihwagen und fanden daher den Standort super! In 5 Minuten die kleine "Cala Fustera" zu erreichen.Nach Morairas Strände, bzw. zu dem großen Strand in Calpe, keine 15 Minuten zu Fahren mit Parkmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe! Unbedingt zu empfehlen der "Passeig Ecologic de Benissa", ein traumhafter Wanderweg bis Calpe entlang der Küste mit spektakulären Aussichten.Unser gastronomisches Highlight war in Moraira das "El Chamizo"! Sehr gutes Essen, faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nettes Personal und eine tolle Aussichtslage oberhalb des Meeres!Der gute, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kontakt zu Pascal "Weltklasse"!

Estupendo

La villa es ideal para unas maravillosas vacaciones familiares. Tanto las fotos como la descripción de la casa en este anuncio son absolutamente fieles a lo que encontramos a nuestra llegada. La casa es muy cómoda, con una decoración muy agradable y dispone de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. Destacamos la zona de la Naya-piscina que es excepcional . La comunicación tanto con el propietario como con la persona encargada de recibirnos fue excelente y cercana, realmente se esforzaron en que dispusiéramos de toda la información y que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible, muchas gracias. Estamos deseando repetir.

Mooie villa met alle comfort. Hier kom je thuis. Zon de hele dag. Zoveel extra’s die het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Perfecte ontvangst en assistentie van de verantwoordelijke. Hopelijk zijn de volgende huurders ook zorgzaam voor deze prachtige villa, zodat nog vele kunnen genieten van het uitstekende comfort en alle extra’s! Een aanrader voor zij die rust comfort en charme zoeken aan de costa Blanca. Wij komen zeker terug volgend jaar.

On arrival in the night it was a little difficult to decipher which key went in which lock ,we soon got that sorted and had great fun deciding who was in each room. We really enjoyed the out side living space, terrace ,pool. The summer kitchen is an asset very spacious with many features ,fridge and a sink. The weather was great and we spent quite a few days exploring the area. Beaches large and small are nearby .there are also an abundance of places to eat as well .I would say a car is a must .Our week was over to quickly . we all had a great time
