***Waterfronts homes with pools are booked until September 13, 2020. We are also taking reservations for 2021***
This estate is privately situated on 22 acre of pristine and unspoiled Chesapeake waterfront property located on the Little Choptank River. Estate includes 5 homes, beautifully decorated with a nautical theme. Each home has been painstakingly reconstructed and designer furnished as currently as 2016. Our three waterfront homes the Charthouse, Mariner and the Spinnaker each have 5 bedrooms 3.5 baths, a swimming pool, playground, fire pit, kayaks and private pier. The Outrigger has 4 bedroom and 3 baths (unless booked with a waterfront home, the Outrigger does NOT have a pool or any water access) . The Quarterdeck features one exquisite bedroom and large deluxe bathroom with large walk in shower for two. Property is ideal for weddings, retreats, reunions and corporate events. Golf carts on site for rent, for multiple home rentals.

Family Gathering

Kelly was very helpful with all details and responded quickly to any requests. This was the perfect place for our family gathering as each family had their own space but we could all be together by the pools or in the tent. Highly recommend the tent- there isn't much shade. Bring bug spray!
