Parking Information: For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.
Colorado Traction Law: From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.
Important Winter Advisory: Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. Great location close to town and ski lifts. 1st floor was very convenient and a short walk to outdoor hot tubs and pool. The property was very clean and we have no complaints. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was equipped well and we enjoyed the hot tub/pool. Condo was an easy walk to Main Street. Only negative was the bedroom was right at the front and if you are a light sleeper you will hear everyone on floors above and outside.

Loved the property, easy walk to the resort for my conference. Really enjoyed proximity to the pool, and the lovely deck. The condo had everything I needed, the coffee was awesome and the mattress was super comfortable, The entire stay was wonderful, including the squirrel that visited each morning—too cute! Thank you for a great time!
We loved this condo, the location to everything from Main Street to the pool and the lift was amazing. It was nice and quiet, which was a plus for us. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Bonus points since it was a first floor unit! Will definitely be back.

This was a perfect place for my spouse and I to get away for a weekend. It was very well equipped and a perfect location to walk or ride bikes to town. We wished the shower would have been cleaned better, but that's a note to the cleaners/management co; not the fault of the owners.

Condo was comfortable. I was a little disappointed with the availability of cleaning supplies and basic kitchen necessities like sugar salt and pepper.
Very nice unit that provided everything needed for a ski trip to Breck. It is close enough to everything but as a practical matter it is not walking distance to the slopes. No in unit washer/dryer but otherwise well equipped, clean, and well managed

The location is further up Main st, but near the Rec center area near the large playground and the little short hike to the Troll statue. The condo itself is nice. My partner and I were looking for something a bit quieter, and didn’t realize it was so close to the pool area. It was quite loud during the day, but we didn’t stay inside most of the daytime anyway. I would say this area is great for a small family. Especially during the holiday weekends. This is not entirely what we wanted, but it was quiet in the evenings still, and we slept well. We also cooked all our meals at the property and the kitchen was well stocked. Just no basic spices or oils, so bring your own if you plan to cook ;)
Only real cons were the kitchen faucet was leaking and spraying water everywhere, and the shower head was loud and vibrated when you turned the water on all the way.
Perfect for my in laws that use a walker. On one kevel. Very few stairs and walk in shower. They enjoyed sitting on the deck that overlooked to pool. A short walk to main street. 3njoyed our stay.
The unit was spacious with modern amenities. There plenty of heating and good space for hanging wet ski gear for drying.
The complex itself is 4-5mins walking distance from the Free Ride shuttle stop.
