Villa with pool in South Ardèche

This villa with a swimming pool, set on a 1500 m² plot, is ideal for family holidays. The house features three beautiful bedrooms with tasteful decor and quality furnishings, a spacious dining room, and a library-style living room with air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area. The villa also has a bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet facilities.
One of the three bedrooms also includes a shower, a washbasin, and a separate toilet.

The property offers a private swimming pool and a large garden with terraces, for your exclusive use. The view is open and very pleasant, and the immediate proximity of the forest creates a peaceful atmosphere, while shops and the town center are easily accessible (20 minutes on foot, 4 minutes by car).

We kindly ask our guests not to smoke inside the house.

Pets are not allowed.

High-speed Wi-Fi internet access included.

Optional cleaning service: €120.

We provide bed linen, blankets, toilet paper, and household cleaning products.

Arrival on Saturday after 4:00 p.m. – Departure on Saturday before 9:30 a.m.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön! Der Pool ist herrlich und auch tief! Wir haben eine Woche Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Man könnte auch die ganze Zeit nur in dem Haus bzw. auf dem Grundstück verbringen und relaxen. Wenn man dann doch etwas unternehmen möchte benötigt man ein Auto.

Excellent séjour en Ardèche secrète

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le propriétaire. La demeure est très jolie et située dans un quartier absolument calme, toutefois non loin du centre-ville, que l'on peut rejoindre en 20 min. environ à pied. L'ameublement est ravissant et la maison est décorée avec beaucoup d'amour pour les détails. Elle est propre et offre tout ce dont on a besoin. La terrasse et les abords de la piscine sont agréablement ombragés. Les photos de l'annonce sont entièrement conformes à la réalité. Adresse à retenir pour la découverte de l'Ardèche secrète!

Superbe séjour

Une magnifique propriété située d'ans un quartier très calme. Une maison décorée avec goût, très très propre et où l'on trouve tout ce qu'il faut. La terrasse et les abords de la piscine bénéficie d'un ombrage très appréciable. Seul bémol, la température un peu fraîche de la piscine. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine en famille. Merci.

Zuvorkommende, sehr nette Vermieter. Schöner Pool und großer Garten. Lage in einem Wohngebiet oberhalb von Aubenas, daher ist das Zentrum zwar fußläufig zu erreichen, aber der Weg ist nicht so schön. Durch die Lage an der Ecke teilweise lauter Verkehr (Mopeds).

Great villa and helpful owners

I came with my children and parents for a two week holiday and the villa was perfect. It was just as described, all the spaces were well presented and clean. The swimming pool was enjoyed everyday and the outside seating area was quiet in the evening for relaxing. The villa owners were very helpful and approachable when we had a problem. I would have preferred not to have had to clean the villa before leaving but we had not budgeted for the additional cost of paying for the cleaning.

A fantastic base from which to explore the Ardeche

Une base fantastique pour explorer l'Ardèche La maison était bien présentée, décorée avec goût et bien équipée. Les hôtes étaient sur place et ont été très serviables et accommodants à notre arrivée, y compris en fournissant un lit pour notre bébé et en fournissant également une prise d'adaptateur électrique (comme nous étions du Royaume-Uni) La maison a un aspect charmant, avec des vues sur la campagne environnante et attrape le soleil toute la journée. Nous avons apprécié notre petit déjeuner et le dîner sur la terrasse chaque jour. La maison était une base fantastique pour notre marche et escalade en Ardèche et nous le recommandons vivement à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter la région. A fantastic base from which to explore the Ardeche The house was well presented, tastefully decorated and well equipped. The hosts were on-site and were very helpful and accommodating on our arrival, including providing a cot for our baby and also providing an electrical power adapter plug (as we were from the UK) The house has a lovely aspect, with views over the surrounding countryside and catches the sun all day. We enjoyed our breakfast and evening meals on the terrace each day. The house was a fantastic base for our walking and rock climbing trip to the Ardeche and we would highly recommend it for anyone wishing to visit the area.

Superbe villa ! la description donnée dans l'annonce est conforme à la réalité. Située dans un quartier très calme, très bien équipée, ameublement et équipement de qualité, bonne literie, très propre et bien entretenue ... bref rien à redire !!! Je recommande vivement cette location.
