Home new T4 300m from the beach with garage and private garden.

To discover on Dunkerque this magnificent home T4 of 90 m2 with garage.
Built in 2014 in the new district (Le Grand Large).

Located 300m from the beach of Malo baths (direct access by a footbridge).

Many activities are available at first: an Olympic municipal swimming pool, cinema, museum, bike rental, windsurfing, water sports, hiking trail, fishing, beach bar and disco, etc.

Shuttle on the dike of Malo, transport in the city center of Dunkirk everything is completely free!

The city center of Dunkirk has many large sign.
At 500m from the house is the KURSAAL (carnival ball and show) and the casino of Dunkerque.

The house is fully equipped:

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms all with an LED TV, 140cm double bed, wardrobe + storage. A bathroom with tub and on the same floor a large dressing room. Cot possible clarified in advance !!

Frictionless check-in & check-out, central location close to the beach. Relatively quiet, even if there was some construction at the other side of the road

Good apartment in a great location to the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is large enough and has everything you need. It's only a 6 minute walk to the beach, perfect for a quick dip. The only minor criticisms are the squeaky doors and the creaky stairs. On the whole, an absolute recommendation.

Property opposite building site so noisy. Furniture shabby, plates, cutlery cluttered and chipped. Toilet on the ground floor so have to negotiate round wooden stairs in the night. The place needs more storage in the bedrooms and a larger mirror. Bedside shelves are tiny and loose. Well situated, good parking.

Uncomfortable worn out - just functional holiday accommodation.

Lack of comfort. Only a downstairs WC which is not explicit/clear in the description. Creaky stairs which can be heard throughout the night as needed to go downstairs to the only toilet. Creaky uncomfortable beds. Worn out furniture. Old and cheap bed linen. Holes in one set. Dirty skirting boards, stairs, shower curtain. No towels provided. Bare light bulbs. A feeling of a purely functional money making holiday let with no thought of making the property comfortable in any way. One of the worse properties we have stayed in. I have taken pictures if anyone wishes to upload them ?

GroßzĂŒgige Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Dunkerque ist ein wunderbarer Ferienort: Schöner Strand mit Promenade, dort zahlreiche Restaurants mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis. Die Stadt hat alles zu bieten: Museen, Einkaufen, Ambiente. Ganz stark: Öffentlicher Nahverkehr ist kostenfrei! FĂŒr Jogger: Ein Paradies, was in Frankreich leider nicht selbstverstĂ€ndlich ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

TrÚs beau séjour à Dunkerque en famille

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© dans une trĂšs belle maison dans un nouveau quartier. De belles balades aussi bien sur la digue de Malo qui est vraiment toute proche que dans le ville de Dunkerque Ă  20 min Ă  pied. Nous n’avons pas bouger la voiture car tout peut se faire Ă  pied ou en bus, un arrĂȘt vraiment tout proche. Nous garderons un trĂšs beau souvenir de ces vacances.

Bel appartement, situé à 300 m de la plage. Spacieux, chambres assez grandes avec lit 1.40mx1.90m. L'appartement est trÚs bien équipé et la location comprend également un garage sécurisé.

Cela fait trois fois que nous y allons, cette maison jouit d’un bon emplacement autant pour l’accĂšs Ă  la plage qu’à la ligne de bus qui est trĂšs pratique, la voiture a Ă©tĂ© le Plus souvent au garage. Familienurlaub

Wir hatten als Familie eine sehr schöne Zeit in DĂŒnkirchen. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben, der Garten wirkt auf den Fotos etwas grĂ¶ĂŸer. Vielen Dank an Herrn Vanoverfeldt, er hat uns sehr nett begrĂŒĂŸt und uns alles im Haus gezeigt. Er war auch immer sehr schnell erreichbar wenn wir fragen hatten. Es sind nur einige Minuten zum Strand und der ist sehr schön. Gut gefallen hat uns auch das die Busse alle kostenlos sind und das man am Strand kostenlos parken kann. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schönen Tage.
