Farinole is ideally located 10 minutes from Saint-Florent - village with authenticity preserved (all shops), close to beautiful sandy beaches and 5 minutes from Patrimonio, terroir famous for its AOC wines. The port and airport of Bastia are 30 minutes.

Farinole will be your point of departure to enjoy the beaches, make beautiful hikes, discover the wonderful Cap Corse, the Desert Agriates and beaches (Saleccia, Lodu).

The 60 m2 east-west apartment is located on the ground floor of a small new residence of 8 apartments, 800m from the beach.
It has a parking space.
From the terrace and 2 private gardens decorated, you can admire a beautiful view of the sea, the mountains, the maquis, not to mention beautiful sunsets.

Appartement tout confort et de qualité

Habitué des séjours en Corse, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour tout confort dans un appartement de qualité. Décoré avec soin et goût, l’appartement est très bien agencé, climatisation, wifi, cuisine tout équipée, grande baie vitrée, terrasse ombragée avec petit jardin joliment arboré, tout y est ! Proximité de la plage sur les hauteurs de Farinole, par forte chaleur nous avons privilégié la voiture pour aller (5 minutes maximum) au parking de la grande plage de Farinole. Propriétaire très professionnel et à l’écoute. Accueil local fort sympathique, Nous recommandons ! un grand merci et peut être à une autre fois :-)

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung

Wir waren in der zweiten Juli Hälfte 2020 für eine Woche da. Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb der Küste in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Sie ist top modern und super ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich und die beiden Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine eigene Klimaanlage. Vor dem Sitzplatz und hinter der Wohnung hat es einen gepflegten Garten. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Un appartement de tout confort et au calme , d'une propreté irréprochable, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et très bien équipé ( très bonne literie, climatisation et Sdb dans les 2 chambres, lave vaisselle et lave linge ,..) avec en prime une grande terrasse donnant sur un jardin joliment fleuri et d'où l'on peut voir la mer. Une belle plage de sable et pas trop fréquentée se trouve à quelques pas de la résidence. Des balades de découverte ( 2h aller retour ) sur les hauteurs de Farinole sont possibles ainsi que des randonnées sur les crêtes aux alentours (1300 m) avec de magnifiques points de vue . Un seul regret : devoir quitter ce bel endroit ! Un grand merci au propriétaire qui a assuré le suivi de la location et s'est montré très sympathique et prévenant.

Appartement très propre , bien agencé et au calme. Nous avons apprécié le jardin paysagé et la petite vue mer de la terrasse ainsi que la climatisation !! À 3 min d une plage de sable et 18 Minutes de Saint Florent et Nonza. Bonne localisation pour visiter le cap Corse!

Vous avez l'impression d'arriver chez des amis qui vous ont prêté leur appartement. Très bien équipée de la cuisine à la terrasse.La climatisation est un plus .Très au calme et à 2 pas de tous les centres d'intérêt. La voiture est nécessaire.

Un accueil et un suivi des locataires qui est vraiment excellent. L'appartement est tel que décrit avec tout le nécessaire et d'une propreté impeccable. Que dire d'autres... Jolie vue, terrasse très bien entretenue. La résidence est calme. Un point à noter : il est possible de se rendre à la plage à pied mais il faut y aller léger car la remontée peut être rude pour des enfants. Nous referons sans hésitation.

Merci pour ce magnifique endroit

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'endroit .Le cadre du village perché sur son promontoire avec une vue plongeante sur le golfe de St Forent est grandiose. L'appartement est neuf très bien équipé et bien conçu , conforme au descriptif du propriétaire. Deux jardins bien fleuris et entretenus sont agréables pour les repas ou la lecture et même des apéritifs avec les voisins. Pratique pour se garer en moto ou en voiture . Calme absolu et plage de sable à 2 pas . 2 restaurants typiques sont aussi au village , on y mange très bien des produits frais .De belles randonnées commencent à la résidence pour grimper au sommet de la commune à plus de 1100 M avec une vue sur l'ile d'Elbe et l'Italie au fond...panoramas grandioses. Je recommande ce bel endroit et appartement .

Le vrai Cap Corse à 25 mn de Bastia

Appartement bien équipé et neuf , tres facile de se garer dans cette mini résidence dans le maquis . Magnifique plage de sable et une eau à 26 degrés lors de notre séjour et tres proche puisque située à 10 mn à pieds ou 1 mn en moto. Notre chat fut accepté. Des résidents locaux à l'année sont voisins et très sympathiquespour nous recommander des restaurants et des marques de vins Patrimonio à acheter Vacances parfaites

Agréable surprise

Appartement neuf et bien équipé , résidence placée dans le maquis à moins d'une minute en voiture ou moto de la plage de sable de Farinole. De très belles randonnées dans la forêt ou bord de plages type calanques , environnement très agréable , facile d'accès pour notre arrivée en ferry à Bastia 25 mn par le col de Teguine. 2 Petits jardins pour l'appartement un côté mer et un côté montagne . Ravissants. Nous le conseillons pour 4 personnes . Le Cap est superbe en toute saison mais surtout en mai et septembre .
