Very good location - 2km walk centre of town which had a range of good eateries. Excellent boulangerie at bottom of hill - 8 min walk.Terrace ideal for morning sun & afternoon ( shady around midday)Quiet location with lovely sunset skiesWell equipped kitchenAble to charge car a short drive away on road to PatrimonioLocal host Julie very responsive & offered useful local information. Also spoke very good English Choice at end of stay to clean apartment yourselves or pay for it to be done

Appartement très confortable; nous avons apprécié la climatisation. Vue très dégagée sur le golf. Aucun bruit de voisinage. Literie très confortable. Cuisine bien équipée. Stationnement en contrebas ( 1 escalier) et possibilité de décharger au pied de l'appartement. Environnement rural ( vignes). Bateaux-taxis pour les Agriates proche ( réserver plusieurs jours avant). Table à manger dehors sur vaste terrasse et une autre , bien grande, à l'intérieur. Accueil fort sympathique de Julie et Alexis

Tout était parfait !L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé et très propre. La vue depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle ! C'est un quartier très calme à 15m'n à pieds du centre ville et 5mn en voiture. C'est l'une des meilleures locations que j'ai eue depuis des années.Ce lieu invite à la détente et participe grandement à la réussite des vacances.Je reviendrai avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente !

Nous nous joignons totalement aux avis des autres locataires quant à la situation, la vue et la tranquillité de cette location. Le parking sécurisé est un plus de même que l'accès rapide à la ville de Saint-Florent, que ce soit à pied ou en voiture. Nous tenons aussi à souligner la propreté exceptionnelle de chaque pièce, les lits faits à l'arrivée, l'accueil génial d'Alexis et sa disponibilité ainsi que les contacts aisés et chaleureux avec le propriétaire. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die tolle Lage – zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Das absolute Highlight war der wunderschöne Meerblick, den wir jeden Tag genießen konnten. Alles hat zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit gepasst – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Superbe triple vue (mer, vignes, montagnes), environnement calme, relativement proche du village (20 à 25 mn à pied par le bord de mer ou en traversant les vignes), appartement bien équipé (manque néanmoins un store banne sur la terrasse ?), salle de bain un peu "sombre", sinon RAS, bien sûr à recommander.

Vue incroyable sur le golf de Saint Florent,les vignes et les sommets du Nebbiu.

Visite de Saint Florent. Détente et baignade plage de Roya. 2 sessions course/trail pour moi sur le sentier du littoral et les pistes du désert des Agriates. Journée plages cristallines des Agriates : dépôt Lotu en bateau : baignade avant 09H00 et l’arrivée du monde puis sentier du littoral à pied jusqu’à Saleccia et enfin retour en taxi boat (attraction à part entière) au port de Saint Florent. Après midi plage de Nonza : sable et galets noirs, remontée dans le village par les marches d’escalier et superbe coucher de soleil au pied de la tour Paoline. Et enfin bref aller/retour plage de l’Ostriconi : frontière sud des Agriates

Très bon séjour

Appartement très récent, bien équipé, avec une terrasse très agréable et une vue magnifique. L'endroit est très calme et on peut facilement rejoindre Saint Florent ou la plage d'Olzo à pied. La propreté est irréprochable. Le propriétaire est très arrangeant pour les départ et arrivée. Location à recommander.

Emplacement de rêve !

Si les photos donnent envie, la réalité est encore plus belle. Cet appartement domine la baie de Saint Florent et offre une vue à couper le souffle ! D'ailleurs, lorsque nous étions sur place, nous avons quasiment passé notre temps sur ce grand balcon dominant la mer ; dans un calme absolu et surprenant compte tenu de la circulation sur la route située à moins d'un kilomètre. Cet emplacement permet également de profiter la nuit de magnifiques ciels étoilés (l'éclairage de la résidence se coupe tard dans la soirée). Au niveau des autres points forts, on notera le soin apporté à l'aménagement de ce bel appartement, avec des meubles de qualité et en parfait état. Pratique également le fait de pouvoir se rendre à pied en un 1/4 d'heure, en longeant les vignes, au centre de Saint Florent. Nous déplaçant avec 2 motos, nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le grand garage très propre et fermé mis à notre disposition, Top ! Le seul petit bémol concerne la propreté qui n'était pas irréprochable à notre arrivée dans les sanitaires et la partie cuisine, mais rien de grave en soit. En synthèse, une location de rêve où l'on pourrait mettre une 6ème étoile si elle disposait d'une plancha ou BBQ à gaz et d'une cafetière à capsule ;)

Une vue exceptionnelle sur tout le golf de saint Florent et sur les vignes Appartement très fonctionnel, très bonne literie, superbe terrasse double exposition, dans une résidence très calme où nous avons passe 3 semaines comme a la maison Un grand merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil, gentillesse et disponibilité !

bel appartement - vue magnifique

Excepté la propreté très limite à notre arrivée, l'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. La vue y est magnifique. Appartement très pratique et complet. Une petite marche pour aller au centre (env 15/20mn max et tranquille)

Empfehlenswert - tolle Aussicht

Tolle Lage, großes Panorma. Große Dachterrasse ist super ausgerichtet (Morgensonne bis Sonnenuntergang). Kein Verkehr, allenfalls der Traktor vom kleinen Weingut unterhalb. Eigene Garage. Sogar aus der Dusche etwas Meerblick. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Lokaler hilfsbereiter Betreuer in Nachbarschaft. Gute Bäckerei in Laufweite, kleine Pizzeria und Steinstrand auch. Zustand Wohnung neben Sauberkeit insgesamt über korsischem Standard. Internet 10Mbit Down/1Mbit Up aber auch volle 5G Abdeckung. Zufahrt neu asphaltiert.

wunderschöne Herbsttage

A conseiller!

L’appartement est totalement conforme à l’annonce. Il est vraiment très fonctionnel et la vue est magnifique! La résidence est très calme et bien placée pour aller à pied à St Florent. Les contacts avec Mr Guy ont été très bons et l’accueil avec Mr Favier vraiment très agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Vue panoramique

La vue magnifique sur la mer et la montagne est l'atout principal de cet appartement au milieu des vignes. Nous avons également apprécié son calme et la possibilité de rejoindre aisément Saint Florent à pieds.

Super séjour !

Nous avons passé un super séjour, l'appartement est grand avec tout ce qu'il faut. La vue est magnifique, la terrasse grande et très agréable. Les literies sont très confortables. Assez peoche du centre ville ppur se faire a pied si on veut. Vraiment une super location de vacances, nous recommandons sans réserve !!!
