Welcome to Saint-Florent, nicknamed the "Little Saint-Tropez" of Corsica, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Haute-Corse. Located between Cap Corse and the Agriates Desert, this charming town with its rich heritage, dominated by its Genoese citadel, is the ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of the north of the island.

We offer a pleasant and carefully decorated 26 m² studio located on the ground floor of the secure "La Citadelle" residence. The apartment boasts a cozy atmosphere and a private terrace overlooking the residence's gardens, perfect for your quiet breakfasts.

On-site, you'll enjoy quality amenities:

Free parking within the fully fenced residence

Roya Beach is just 1.5 km away, as is the lively center of Saint-Florent, its shops, marina, and numerous restaurants.

From the port, board the ferry boats to reach the sumptuous beaches of the Agriates Desert, such as Saleccia or Lotu, true gems with turquoise waters and white sand, worthy of the most beautiful exotic destinations.

An ideal getaway to discover the Corsican way of life, between the sea, nature, and authenticity.

You will have full access to the studio, as well as the residence's terrace, garden, and swimming pool.

Free parking is available on site.

During high season (June to September), you can also enjoy the residence's large double-pool swimming pool, open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Die Anlage der Ferienwohnung ist ideal, viel Ruhe, wenig Menschen gut gelegen um nach Saint Florent zu kommen. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Le paradis !

Venez dans ce studio les yeux fermés ! Tout est conforme aux photos et à la description : logement super bien équipé, propre, calme, vue sur le parc, piscine très agréable où même en plein mois d'août il n'y a jamais beaucoup de monde. Bref, nous avons trouvé notre petit paradis à St Florent. Mais bien plus que la qualité du studio, la vraie plus-value de ce studio est son propriétaire : Nicolas vous accueille avec son grand sourire et ses multiples attentions. Cette gentillesse n'a rien de commercial et est tellement naturelle qu'on y ressent toute l'hospitalité ancestrale de la Corse qui nous dit "Soyez les bienvenus chez moi". Gaby et Robert

Tout a été parfait.Accueil chaleureux par un propriétaire souriant et très sympathique.L'appartement est idéal pour un couple, hygiène et décoration soignées. Nous avons été touchés par les attentions : bouteille de vin au frais, quatre-quart "fait maison" délicieux, etc....Cela fait plaisir de voir que parfois on ne prends pas les clients que pour des portes monnaie.Merci à Nicolas.

Séjour parfait!

Petit studio refait à neuf, très agréable, au calme, avec une jolie vue sur le jardin. Superbe salle de bains. Connexion wifi excellente. Propreté irréprochable. Souci du détail dans l'aménagement et la décoration de l'appartement. Belle piscine dans la résidence. L'accueil par le propriétaire Nicolas, un garçon gentil et souriant, est exceptionnel, et nous avons rapidement sympathisé. Comme je ne conduis pas, celui-ci est venu me chercher directement à l'aéroport de Bastia, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Sans parler de toutes les petites attentions qui font plaisir comme les spécialités corses et la corbeille de fruits à l'arrivée ainsi que les bons conseils prodigués! Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir!

Calme et confortable

Studio confortable et joliment décoré dans résidence calme sur les hauteurs de St Florent, mais idéalement situé à proximité du village . Accueil convivial par le propriétaire avec quelques conseils sur les activités pendant notre séjour . Nous recommandons vivement "L'arrière cour", restaurant situé dans le centre du village, qui vous sert une cuisine familialle dans un cadre original pour un prix tout à fait raisonnable .

Parfait !

Que dire à part que nous avons passée une excellente semaine. L'appartement convient exactement au descriptif et aux commentaires laissés. En effet celui ci est bien situé, offre une belle prestation et est décoré avec goût ! Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux de la part de Nicolas et de sa mère, avec des attentions de sa part (Excellent vin de corse et Canistrelli). Encore merci pour la semaine que nous avons passé. Tres bel appartement

Accueil parfait et très sympathique du jeune propriétaire avec un grand sourire , une bouteille de vin et petit gateau Corse en guise de bien venue .. Appartement très propre , coin cuisine agrèable , lit 200x160 de très grande qualité , salle de bain avec très belle douche a l'italienne . Le tout décoré avec énormement de gout ( nous pensions qu une femme était la dessous !!! mais non c'est bien le propriètaire qui avait penser a tout dans cet appartement ...). Beaucoup de documentations sur la région était disponible , ainsi que la connection wifi gratuite . Enfin un petit balcon donne sur la verdure environnante .En ce milieu de mois de Mai l'eau de la piscine était encore un peu froide mais la qualité de celle ci donnait envie . Appartement un peu excentré du centre de St Florent mais rien de bien méchant . Nous avons passer dans cet appartement un très agrèable séjour du fait de sa qualité et aussi de la très grande gentillesse de son propritaire. A recommander vivement.

Nous avions loué ce studio la première semaine de septembre. Un super accueil de la part de Mr MartinI nous attendais accompagné de petites delictes attentions (appt déjà rafraîchi par la clim, canistrelli et autres spécialités, etc). De plus le studio est complet il ne nous manquait rien ce qui nous à épaté. Enfin, pourtant retiré et dans une résidence au calme, il est facile d'accès et à 2min de toutes commodités (centre ville de St florent, Leclerc, essence, etc). Nous ne pouvons que le recommander.

Une formidable semaine

Pour commencer l'accueil a été très sympathique. N'ayant pas de voiture sur place, le propriétaire est venu nous chercher directement à Bastia: autant dire que le service est au top. Les propriétaires sont très agréables, arrangeants et donnent de bons conseils ce qui ajoute une forte plus-value. Le studio est assez bien placé, ni trop près de la ville, ni trop loin. De plus il était très propre et bien équipé. La piscine est aussi très bien. Sans oublier que la plage n'est pas loin non plus du studio (nous étions à pied). Le rapport qualité/prix est plus qu'intéressant. Nous comptons bien revenir dès que nous le pourrons. Nous recommandons de tout cœur ce studio.

Belle résidence à recommander

Appartement moderne et tout équipé dans une belle résidence calme, à 1 minute en voiture du centre de Saint Florent. Très bon accueil par la propriétaire Nicolas, la localisation sur Saint Florent parfaite à 2minutes en voiture et aussi faisable à pied, appartement très bien entretenu et propre, idéal pour passer 1 semaine sur Saint Florent terrasse appréciable pour le petit déjeuner idem pour la piscine de la résidence. Nous vous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés, nous y retournerons volontiers dans pas longtemps. Et encore un grand merci à Nicolas pour son accueil et ses supers conseils ;) !!!

Accueillis par les parents du proprietaire en déplacement professionnel à notre arrivée . Conseils de visite pour la région donnés , très utiles . Nous avons été gâtés par de petites attentions : vin corse , kit de bienvenue , pâtisseries corses maison succulentes !! Le studio était d une propreté irreprochable . La décoration est moderne . Le proprietaire a gentiment pris de nous nouvelles pendant la durée du séjour . L appartement se situe légèrement a l écart de la ville de saint Florent mais permet d y accéder a pied en 15 minutes . Rien à redire à part peut être foncez y Cest super ! Êt à l année prochaine !

vacances idéales

La location était d'une extrême propreté, dans un cadre idéal pour le repos et la découverte de la région. Parfait à tout point de vue et nous avons passé une semaine dans le calme avec piscine et espaces verts, le temps était de la partie. La Corse porte bien son nom "d'ile de beauté " pour celui qui veut bien la découvrir. Que du positif !

Studio bien équipé et situé près du centre ville

L'accueil par le propriétaire a été chaleureux et des petites attentions attendaient les futurs locataires. La location est bien entretenue et une belle salle de bain refaite dernièrement est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne très pratique. La parfaite connaissance de l''île de beauté par le propriétaire permet aux locataires de profiter de bons conseils. Ce studio situé sur la commune de Saint-Florent est un atout non négligeable pour louer ce pied-à-terre.
