Schöne Wohnung. Hervorragend ausgestattet (Küche, Klimaanlage, Balkon).Strand in 5-10min fussläufig erreichbar. Für Saint Florent ein Auto notwendig.

Très bel appartement dans un environnement extraordinaire

Très bel appartement avec une vue extraordinaire dont on ne se lasse pas. L'emplacement est super pour la proximité de la plage mais également l'accès agréable à St Florent en une petite demie heure à pied. L'appartement est très bien agencé.

Extraordinaire

Lieu magnifique appartement très calme 5mn à pied de la plage Propriétaire très réactif suite à un problème de frigo (remplacé dans la journée) Équipement rien à redire juste un canapé un peu dur . Un convertible serait plus adéquat pour accueillir une 3me ou 4me personne . Je recommande fortement et j’espère revenir dès que possible

Die Lage der Unterkunft mit Blick auf die Bucht von Saint Florent ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist modern und funktional eingerichtet. Vor allem die große Terrasse/ Balkon punktet. Der Fernseher war für uns nicht zu nutzen, da man nur französische Programme empfing. Getrübt wurde der Urlaub durch die nicht auf der website aufgeführten Kosten für Hauswäsche. Einen Tag vor Urlaubsbeginn schrieb uns die Vermieterin, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht im Preis inbegriffen sind. Wir könnten diese für 50 Euro pro Person bekommen. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug reisten, blieb uns nichts anderes übrig als zuzustimmen. Die Handtücher waren trotzdem nicht vorort. Wir bekamen sie erst 2 Tage später und auch nur, weil wir die Reinigungskraft in der Nachbarwohnung ansprachen. Abgesehen von der fehlenden Information ist der Preis unangemessen hoch. Ich hätte mindestens ein preisliches Entgegenkommen erwartet, zumal ja lediglich dünne Laken und wenige Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. H. Friedemann

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Das Appartement ist wirklich sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, große Terasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Der Check-In war dank Schlüsselbox und telefonischer Erreichbarkeit von Angelique super unkompliziert. Die Lage ist etwas abseits der Innenstadt von St. Florent, sehr ruhig und fußläufig zum Strand (ca. 10 Minuten). Zu Fuß in die Stadt benötigt man allerdings eine knappe halbe Stunde. Wenn man abends im Dunkeln aus der Stadt zurück kommt, ist eine Taschenlampe eine gute Idee, da man am Strand entlang zurück laufen muss (über die Straße wäre der Weg noch viel weiter) und einfach nichts sieht. Bei uns hat es dazu geführt, dass wir abends doch meist mit dem Auto in das Städtchen gefahren sind.

Très bon séjour, l'équipement est parfait, la climatisation bien agréable.

Très bel appartement, terrasse très agréable. Par contre le 2ème couchage est peu adéquat à part pour du dépannage (dur).

Vue imprenable

Magnifique appartement avec vue imprenable sur le golf de Saint Florent. Idéalement situé dans une résidence calme et à deux pas de la plage. Appartement neuf, moderne et très bien équipé notamment la cuisine qui est super fonctionnelle et équipée de tout ce que vous avez besoin pour cuisiner (ce qui est rare). Spacieuse et magnifique terrasse de laquelle on peut assister le soir à de superbes couchers de soleil. Décoration soignée, sobre et moderne. Couchage confortable, literie neuve. A cela s’ajoute une délicate attention à votre arrivée ; un pot de confiture, fabrication locale et des canistrellis. 😋 Encore merci aux propriétaires pour ce petit plus! Enfin, nous avons eu un petit souci à notre arrivée avec une panne du frigo. Super réactivité des propriétaires qui qui sont rapidement intervenus pour le remplacer et qui sont très soucieux de votre bien-être pendant votre séjour. En bref nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Je recommande vivement.

Superbe séjour

Excellent séjour L'appartement est très joli, très fonctionnel et la terrasse très agrèable! La plage est très proche et le centre de saint florent est à quelques minutes en voiture. Merci aussi pour tous les bons conseils.

Appartement très agréable dans un bel environnement

Appartement très fonctionnel et parfait pour un couple. La vue est superbe sur la mer et le maquis, et la terrasse couverte est un très gros atout pour profiter de cette belle vue. La plage est à 10 mn à pieds, St Florent est à 10 mn en voiture , de même que le supermarché le plus proche. Très bonne situation pour visiter le Cap Corse, le Nebbio et la Balagne (un peu plus loin). La maison est bien équipée , agréablement ventilée par la brise et nous n’avons pas eu besoin de la clim. La situation est globalement très calme et la literie est bonne. Nous avons donc passé de bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. Les points à améliorer: l’implantation indiquée sur la carte d’Abritel n’est pas la bonne; le Wifi est très faible dans l’appartement et un répéteur serait le bienvenu car on reçoit le réseau 4G assez faiblement (d’où l’intérêt d’avoir un WIFI qui fonctionne bien) ; il faudrait mieux préciser, sur le site Abritel, le coût de la location du linge de maison et du nettoyage final. Ce sont des points de détail par rapport à l’appréciation globale que nous portons qui est très positive. La propriétaire a, enfin, la gentillesse d’offrir un panier de produits corses, ce qui est tout à fait sympathique.

Bel appartement mais pas à l’endroit indiqué

Appartement bien équipé, très confortable, conforme à la description avec une belle vue à 10-15 min de la plage. Mais attention l’appartement n’est pas dans le centre de Saint Florent comme la localisation de l’annonce l’indique. Il est à 2-3km du centre soit 30 min à pied ... accès en voiture au centre de Saint Florent compliqué.

Moderne, ruhige, sehr ansprechende und schön gelegene Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick

Wir waren in der Wohnung sehr glücklich. Sie ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie bietet alles was es braucht, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, freundliche Zimmer einen wunderbaren Balkon um zu verweilen, ruhen, lesen. Wir genossen es vom Wohnzimmer wie vom Balkon die Schiffe in der Bucht zu beobachten und die herrliche Landschaft zu geniessen. Die integrierte Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch. Frau Pasquini war uns eine sehr freundliche, angenehme und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Wir danken herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne, moderne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt etwas ausserhalb von St. Florent. Mit dem Auto erreicht man St. Florent in weniger als 5 Minuten. Der Strand ist in 10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert, modern und vollständig eingerichtet und man hat eine tolle Aussicht über die Bucht. Für uns stimmte das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, wir fühlten uns wohl.
