Stay with a WINNER: 2022 Historic Preservation Award winner!

1895 Historic home AND detached cottage in a QUIET area of Old Town near everything you want to be at: Library with Movie Theater; Old Town - High West, night life, etc.

Unique design after a 2+ years of remodel and award winning 3 structures that goes thru the entire block: (Japanese burnt wood siding - Shou Sugi Ban). It's a completely NEW house and everything inside.

NOTE: Best dates/rates are this coming Holiday

All bedrooms located OFF the street!!! Park Ave homes often have their bedrooms right on the street with buses plus the garbage trucks (they are loud and they come early too).

Open to negotiation depending on your needs, timing, etc. This is my primary home.

High End Finishes: "Henry Built" custom cabinetry; Custom wide plank white oak floors; Porcelain counter tops; French Stove (La Canache); Sub Zero refrigerator; 3 wine refrigerators; Fisher Paykel dishwashers; Control 4 lighting and audio system; new driveway/landscaping/sidewalks, cowhide wall to wall carpet on 3rd floor TV room, etc.

Safe and flat lot: no snow shoveling or ice to slip on -- radiant heat system for sidewalk and driveway (Parking for 2 cars). I have a system that monitors the weather and it turns on automatically.

Not in a rental pool so all the amenities you expect from a home -- not warn out or old finishes.

Close to many great restaurants in Old Town (High West); Old Town ski lift; Library with Park City Film Series - a Movie theater; Yoga Studio called "The Shop" and a Coffee shop inside the Library run by people with disabilities called "The Lucky Ones" (must visit) --- all nearby!
