Die FeWo liegt im dritten Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. 51 Stufen sind zu bewältigen, einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Zum Strand sind es ca. fünf Minuten zu Fuß, ohne Steigungen. Der Balkon ist ausreichend, es fehlt aber an ausreichenden Sonnenschutz. Nur ein kleiner Sonnenschirm war vorhanden. Die Balkon-Stühle sind unbequeme kleine Stühlchen. Die Schlafzimmer sind ok, das Bad ebenfalls. Die Toilette ist in einem ganz kleinen Nebenraum untergebracht, in dem man sich kaum bewegen konnt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Zusammengefasst eine ausreichende Unterkunft, in dieser Preisklasse hätte ich aber mehr erwartet.

Sehr, sehr schön

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnkomplex mit schöner Gartenanlage. Vom dritten Stock (ohne Fahrstuhl) hat man noch einen schönen Meerblick über die Dächer. Die Einrichtung ist völlig ausreichend und auch Besteck und Geschirr ist genügend da um die Spülmaschine zu füllen. Waschmaschine funktioniert tadellos. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung entsprechen genau den Beschreibungen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Ausblick vom Balkon und aus der Küche: Vive la Provence!

Perfekte Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Strandpromenade, kleinere Geschäfte und Bäcker sind in unter 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte nach telefonischer Abstimmung mit der Besitzerin und alles wichtige wird einem bei Bedarf vor Ort auch auf Englisch erklärt. Vielen Dank nochmals an Florence für den schönen Aufenthalt in ihrer Ferienwohnung.

Très bel appartement fonctionnel à La Ciotat

Très bel appartement bien situé (5mn à pied des plages). L’appartement est très fonctionnel, bien agencé et au calme tout étant proche de la plage. Il correspond exactement à l’annonce.
