Good accomodation - bad property management.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, directions to the unit were unnecessarily complicated and hard to follow in the dark. All that was needed was to take the Princeville exit then a right at the Sandpiper sign then the first left. Road signs were non existant or hard to see.Second, WiFi did not work anyway we tried it. Called Oceanfront and got voicemail, fine, left a detailed message. And then left an e-mail per the suggestion for faster service. NOTHING. Did not hear back and nobody came. The WiFi sheet suggested we contact the service website. HARD TO DO WITH NO WIFI. Instructions said to honor quite hour from 10 PM on. Upstairs people did not get the messsage, loud party that ended at midnight.On the positive side the condo was very nice. Lots of room and a nice location with a big lawn outside.

Week stay at Plantation 1311

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were not very happy with the two bedroom condo. Overall not clean, we had to contact management to replace burned out multiple lightbulbs, repair leaking toilet and repair light switch. The repairs were completed promptly and the repair people were very nice.

Nice location!

Everything was perfect except the property had really dirty floors even though they looked clean….. you could not walk across a room without getting black feet. And the home needs to be sprayed for roaches. ….we encountered three large ones. But overall the property was very lovely and very well stocked with all the cooking utensils and pots for any dish you prepared!

Our one month vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent a month learning all there was to learn about Kauai and enjoying the weather (both the sun and the rain). The 2 bedroom condo at the Princeville Plantation and the pool were great. The condo was very well appointed and the beds were amazing. The gym was nice and clean although it could have benefitted from a rowing ergometer and a little more robust weight machine. The Agent’s staff were very helpful with the booking as well as the follow up and when we went in to see them at the end of our stay. Princeville has some nice beaches and other interesting sites are accessible. We volunteered one morning in Hanalei pulling out non-indigenous plants that were choking a pond and, in the process, met some interesting people and learned more about the community. All in all, we had a very nice comfortable stay in Princeville in this unit.
