Located at the tropical complex of Nihilani at Princeville, this spacious, two bedroom, two bath 1,400-square-foot town home #26B is close to the lovely pool that includes a jacuzzi and large covered BBQ area. The upper level of the pool has a shallow kiddie area shaded by a large cabana. A sweet waterfall graces the lower pool area, with hot tub nearby.

This home's open floor plan includes a comfortable living room with a large flat-screen TV, wifi, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and a spacious dining room with an oak table that accommodates six. Two bedrooms both with high quality, firm, new mattresses (1 California King, 1 Queen ), 2 full baths (the master has a large tile & glass shower as well as soaking tub an double sinks,) huge master closet, an alcove study, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The lanai is surrounded by lush landscaping for your privacy and enjoyment. An attached 2-car garage offers private parking and easy and direct access to the house. This lovely home provides a retreat in the manner of the relaxed Hawaiian lifestyle, or easy access to visit the many wonderful sites nearby.

The Nihilani at Princeville Resort is nestled in the upscale and private neighborhood of Princeville, on Kauai's lush North Shore. Nihilani is near the Makai Golf Course and Princeville Tennis Club, and within walking distance of the famous Queen’s Bath and nearby restaurants, shops and public beaches. Other nearby attractions include the quaint “old Hawaii” town of Hanalei, and gorgeous Hanalei Bay, a 2-mile long sandy beach with a vista of & Bali Hai.” Drive a little further and you will find Haena, well-known for its surfing, and Tunnels Beach, a snorkeling mecca. A bit further is Ke’e Beach, a lovely cove where a hike along the famous Na Pali coast offers unreal seascape views.

Nearby activities include swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, shopping, tennis and golf. This home has an assortment of outdoor gear for your pleasure, including snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and
boogey boards.

Please note guests are required to park in the garage, 2 compact cars (or 1 large vehicle). There is no other parking on Nihilani grounds. Any illegal parking will result in fines deducted from the security deposit.

Beautiful and Well-Appointed Condo

We enjoyed our stay at this Princeville condo. Our unit had everything we needed, it was beautifully furnished, and it was spacious as well. The complex is peaceful, quiet and near everything on the North Shore. We enjoyed the pool and spa and the many walking paths, especially the one that leads to the nightly sunset gathering! I highly recommend this unit and we hope to stay here again.

All the comforts of home!

So nice to stay in a clean, reasonably priced, comfortable location! They supply beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear and even a wagon. The condo has all the needed cookware and utensils to have meals. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was a big bonus on the island! The garage means you’ll always have a parking space, and the neighborhood is super quiet. We had an awesome week- thank you for sharing your place with us!

I have always liked staying in this complex. The place was clean and perfect for a stay for myself, husband and two kids. It is very close to The swimming pool and grill, which is always nice for swimming while making dinner. It is great to have a washer and dryer, and a two car garage. We didn’t need to contact the property manager, so I can’t comment on that. We would be happy to I stay there again.

Nice property and good location

We enjoyed the property and location near the pool. We had many family members staying nearby so it was nice to all meet up at the pool for a bbq. The townhouse was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. We wish the pool was bigger and more chairs were available. There are many unfriendly signs around the pool with all the things you can’t do. Especially odd is one that says to be quiet between 6pm and 9pm. Huh?

Nice unit with a few issues

Unit and location were fine. We had some issues with the AC as well as the internet. Issues such as these are understandable, but I was disappointed with the lack of response from the property manager. I love the Nihilani properties and would stay there again, but probably not in this unit.

This property was absolutely amazing! It is beautifully designed and unusually spacious (which is an understatement) with two bedrooms and two baths separated on either end of the unit for complete couple or family privacy. Absolutely nothing was left to chance and pleasing amenity after amenity was totally overwhelming. I was so impressed I found myself ordering items on Amazon several times! If I were to buy another property on island this would be it. Thank you for sharing your lovely home...I definitely plan on returning!

Served it's purpose

The condo worked great for what we needed. I place to eat and sleep. If we'd planned on staying at the actual condo more it would have been tougher. There are neighbors right on top of you, able to look in all the windows unless the blinds are closed. There's almost no community space. It's a very long walk to anywhere fun. But they had everything we needed to load up and enjoy a great day in the mountains or on the beach. Plenty of extra snorkel gear, beach chairs, cooler, and two serviceable boogie boards.

The fire department gives great detailed directions. It unit was wonderful until the people moved in upstairs; it sounded like elephants were walking up there. It would have been nice to have the garage door code instead of three days later.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at the Nihilani condo! It was home to us for a week and we made the best of it. The condo was well-appointed with all the basics in terms of kitchen needs, bathing needs, and beach needs (e.g., folding chairs and umbrella - which we used; boogie boards and flippers - which we didn’t). But the quality was more than basic. Everything was new or like new. The pool was a little chilly and small but did the job. The hot tub was heavenly. The location was great - close (though you’d have to drive) to a shopping center with a grocery store, restaurants, gas station and shopping. You could walk to a trail that leads to Queen’s Bath but it was closed when we went (in November when it’s exceptionally unsafe to walk or swim in the area). And a short drive to Hanalei which made that small town our hub on many days. All in all, a comfortable, easy stay that I would do again. Highly recommend!
