Located in the Gulf of St Tropez in Ste Maxime, city in the TOP 10 of the best European destinations
House 3 rooms 55 m², and in a very quiet environment, 1 km from the beach and downtown, 500 m first shops in our property closed by automatic gate and private parking.
Living room / stay with new furniture flat screen TV, opened on terrace with furniture, new garden furniture and 2 chairs available.
Kitchen area with dishwasher and washing machine open to living room.
2 bedrooms including:
- 1 large bedroom with double bed 160 and wardrobe closet and private bathroom with shower-wc
- 1 bedroom with 2 double beds 1 of 160 and 1 of 140. Recent bedding
2nd Bathroom and separate wc.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
No smoking inside
Private parking inside closed
Possibility rental linen house, sheets, stroller cane, car seat
Golf nearby, Sea shuttles for St-Tropez (10 mn) regular.
