A 15 heure samedi, heure de remise des clĂ©s, j’appela la propriĂ©taire pour qu’elle nous les remette. N’arrivant pas Ă  la joindre, je contactai le service Abritel. La propriĂ©taire nous rappela une heure aprĂšs. Elle m’indiqua m’avoir envoyĂ© un bon de rĂ©servation avec toute la procĂ©dure Ă  suivre pour la remise des clĂ©s. Je lui indiquai ne pas avoir reçu le bon de rĂ©servation ou qu’il s’était possiblement glissĂ© dans mes courriers indĂ©sirables. Au lieu de prendre en considĂ©ration ma bonne foi et de me le renvoyer, la propriĂ©taire persista Ă  me prouver par A + B que le bon de rĂ©servation m’avait bien Ă©tĂ© adressĂ©. MĂȘme si je ne remets pas en question ma responsabilitĂ© pour ne pas avoir vĂ©rifiĂ© la bonne rĂ©ception de ce bon de rĂ©servation, je trouve nĂ©anmoins regrettable le manque d’altruisme et de bon sens de la propriĂ©taire. Je vous conseille de vĂ©rifier la bonne rĂ©ception de ce bon de rĂ©servation (Attention Ă  ne pas confondre avec la confirmation Abritel). Un tiers devait me remettre les clĂ©s. Je le contactai, celui-ci n’était mĂȘme pas au courant de notre arrivĂ©e. Je voyage beaucoup et rĂ©serve tous les mois sur Abritel ou des plates-formes concurrentes, je n'ai jamais eu de problĂšmes. Concernant le logement, il est trĂšs bien placĂ© et propre. NĂ©anmoins les Ă©quipements sont sommaires (pas de draps, pas de serviettes, pas de sĂšche-cheveux...). Je ne rĂ©itĂ©rerai pas l'expĂ©rience avec ce logement.

Un studio trÚs pratique et trÚs bien situé (5 mn du centre ville et de la plage), avec place de parking. Un de trÚs bon accueil de la gérante, des réponse par mail ou sms rapides. La résidence est calme, nous avons bien profité de ces quelques jours. A recommander. Florence et ses enfants.
