To rent cottage T3, 65 M2, renovated to new, with 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, private terrace, calm, good expo, independent cottage in a building of old character typical Landes, possibility 6 beds with convertible sofa bed, barbecue.

Area of 2500 m2 where there is also the main house for rent. The 2 lodgings are well independent from each other.

Address: 430 avenue de Mimizan - 40200 Pontenx les forges, landes, downtown, close to all amenities.

10X5 pool, ping pong table, 12X5 ball court, about 10 bikes: shared use with owners or tenants of the big house.

10 minutes from Lake Aureilhan - Mimizan / 15 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean (Mimizan beach)

Du bien et du moins bien

Le gite est conforme aux photos et à la description, attention cependant il est impossible de faire dormir 6 adultes : le canapé déplié est d’une largeur maximale de 120cm (un lit 2 places habituel fait 140). Concernant la climatisation aussi petit bémol : il n’y a pas de climatisation dans les pièces du haut (2 chambres et salle de bain laquelle ne dispose pas de fenêtre). Le gîte a bien besoin d’un bon nettoyage professionnel, réalisé ne serait-ce qu’une fois par an. Le nettoyage réalisé par les locataire est plus que surfait, il ne faut pas être maniaque de la propreté. La terrasse est mal finie, le mur est en agglo rouge, ce qui n'est pas très joli. Le barbecue est très très sale, nous ne l'avons pas utilisé. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et de taille correcte, avec table et lampe de chevet ainsi qu’une armoire. Dans le coin cuisine il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Il y a les vélos à dispo, la table de ping pong et le terrain de boules. La TV ne fonctionne pas et le Wifi encore moins, impossible de charger une page Internet, notre fils n'a fait qu'utiliser le partage de connexion de nos téléphones mobiles pour pouvoir regarder des vidéos. Impossible de regarder les informations sur la TV. Le propriétaire est pourtant informé de la très mauvaise réception de la TV et du Wifi, il nous a avoué qu'il conviendrait qu'il se penche sur la question... La piscine dispose de plusieurs transats dont certains sont cassés au niveau de l’assise. Il manque cruellement de parasols car il n’y a pas d’ombre avant 19h. L’eau de la piscine est testée une fois par semaine par un prestataire externe. Mimizan est à proximité, sinon il faudra rouler 1h voire 1h30 pour aller à Biarritz ou à la Dune du Pilat. Le propriétaire répond à nos demandes assez rapidement. Le voisin est très gentil et serviable. Mon avis fait peut-être ressortir un peu plus de points négatifs que positifs, mais pour le prix réglé à la semaine, il est à mon sens normal d'être exigeant.

Très bon séjour à Pontenx. Très bien accueillis par Fanfan et Alain. Propriétaire disponible pour questions. Boulangerie toute proche est un plus. Avons profité des vélos et de la piscine. Un bon cocktail pour passer un très bon séjour.

wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben einen super entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Alles war perfekt organisiert und die Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Ein Pool und Bouleplatz waren immer zur Verfügung und wir haben diese gerne genutzt. Ideal auch geeignet für Familien. Wir werden diese Unterkunft gerne weiter empfehlen.

Propriété sympa et au calme

Propriété très sympa et au calme, avec un propriétaire attentif à nos demandes. Nous avons passés une semaine à Pontenx, avec nos enfants de 7ans, 6ans et 1 an. C'était très bien. La propriété est fermée avec un portail (idéal avec les enfants) et les activités qui sont à notre dispositions sont au top : piscine, tennis de table, vélo et pétanque ! De plus, il y a un super restaurant à Pontenx "le Bistrot de Jeannot". Merci pour ces vacances. Elise

Très bon séjour

Propriété au top.’la piscine et le linge de maison sont de véritables atouts ainsi que les vélos sur place et l accès libre à la machine à laver et à sécher. Proche des différents lacs, de l’océan et des pistes cyclables super pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Très bon séjour, à recommander!

Très bon accueil de la part de Nicolas et sa famille. Avons séjourné 2 semaines. Agréablement surpris par le confort de la loc, rien ne manque, tout est très récent, le linge de toilette et de maison est un vrai plus. Nous avons pu profiter du barbecue, des vélos en commun avec la grande propriété et également de la piscine très appréciée et très bien entretenue tout comme le jardin, la table de Ping Ping et les jeux notamment de piscine ont été testés et approuvés. Également appréciable une machine à laver sur place. Bref tout est réuni pour passer d agréables vacances pistes cyclables et balades à pieds juste à côté, océan et Mimizan pas loin en voiture. Une adresse à garder et à transmettre. Que tout vacancier passant dans ce gîte fasse qu il reste à l’identique et le respecte. Merci Nicolas.
