Large Townhome - DV Skiing Access - New Hot Tub!

CONDO OVERVIEW
Beautifully kept townhome located steps away from the Jordenelle Reservoir and easy traffic free access to the back side of Deer Valley Resort. Only a short drive to Historic Main Street, shopping and entertainment. Sleeps up to 12 people and is the perfect mountain home for anytime during the year. Enjoy summer hiking and biking next to the lake or skiing in the winter.

LOCATION
This property is located just outside of Park City and is located on the back side of Deer Valley. If you are coming to town to ski Deer Valley -- This is the property for you. Avoid the hustle and bustle of town and escape to our Jordenelle getaway.

GETTING AROUND
When you rent our townhome you will be needing a car, shops, restaurants and retail stores are all driving distance.

FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
Mountain Mover is a complimentary ride service to Residents and Guests of select Jordanelle Areas to Deer Valley East Village Ski.
Service will be provided 8am - 5pm, daily, from December 19, 2025 - April 19, 2026

A King bed in the master bedroom with full en suite. Second room with King bed. Third room a queen bed and the fourth room two queen bunk beds. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this townhome your home throughout your stay. Come relax by the gorgeous gas fireplace in the front room and be fully connected with WiFi and cable TV in main room and all bedrooms.

Skiers paradise!

This was the perfect place for our group of retired guys to ski from. A fraction of the cost of the condos right on the slopes and perfectly equipped……especially the kitchen, excellent mattresses, clean hot tub and boot warmers. Parking in the garage was a huge bonus with the cold weather.

We stayed here for the Park City soccer tournament. It was the perfect spot to bounce back and forth between Heber City and Park City for games. The townhouse is clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved that behind the townhouse there is an open green space, which made it feel more private. There is also a small trail to a walking path down the street. It was a beautiful and quiet location. The property management company is incredibly responsive. If you stay here, they will make sure you are taken care of. We would stay here again.

This was a great location for our family that wanted to be away from the hustle of Park City but an easy drive in daily to ski! The townhouse would be ideal for two families or multi generation due to beds on 3 floors. The house was well appointed and hot tub was a massive plus! There is a nice area as well out back to build a snowman or family snowball fights (note it is a common area for other townhouses but we were the only ones ever outside). The host managers were timely with responses and reached proactively to ensure we were not in need. Great experience with this management company and the townhouse itself!

Good Condo!

Condo bedrooms (with comfy beds) are located on three levels which allowed our group of 5 adults to have more room and privacy. The condo was very clean, well stocked and host had plenty of towels and other amenities. The coffee pot worked properly but wasn't great. This condo isn't as nice as some of the others that we have stayed at near Deer Valley but it was also less expensive. Location is about 15 minute drive from Park City. The road going into the area (not the street that the condo was on) has lots of construction (hard to take a walk). C0mmunication with host was excellent.
