Breathtaking views of Deer Valley and the Jordanelle Reservoir! 1 minute drive to the new Deer Valley East Village which features the brand new Grand Hyatt (home of the new 6 person heated luxury Keetley chair lift featured on social media), as well as the Jordanelle Gondola. At the top of the gondola you can enjoy a New England style lunch at Rime, and dine on Lobster Rolls, Oysters, Clam Chowder and Champagne. Your non skiing friends can ride the gondola up and enjoy lunch with you with a special ticket for gondola riders. 10 minute easy drive to Park City or The Canyons. Plenty of room for the whole family with 6 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Also has attached oversized 2 car garage with lots of storage for snow gear. Open floor plan with combined kitchen-diningroom-livingroom and sweeping views of the beautiful landscape. Updated kitchen with all the necessities including Keurig, drip coffee, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and granite center island. Mudroom with washer and dryer. Car is recommended but Uber is also readily available for nights out in Park City. This is a perfect location for Deer Valley or Park City, located in the tranquil beauty of the Jordanelle Reservoir and all of the skiing fun at Deer Valley and Park City.
