Located in quiet West Ketchum; 3 blocks and stroll along river to Sun Valley's River Run Plaza, ski lifts & gondola. 7 blocks to Downtown Ketchum with shopping, restaurants art galleries, and museums. Playgrounds with water features, soccer fields, baseball diamonds, ice rink, mountain bike pump park, and skate park all within a five to ten minute walk. Five minute walk to the Wood River's excellent fly fishing, one block from free bus line and two blocks from the bike path which runs the entire length of the Wood River Valley.

Winter fun

We were there celebrating our anniversary. The space is an apartment attached to the host's home. The unit is very private. The entrance is on the end of the building away from the host's and there's dedicated parking for the unit. There's 2 bedrooms. It's perfect for a couple. The efficiency kitchen had everything we needed. It's close to everything in Ketchum and a short bike ride to Sun Valley Lodge. Jerry Ann is a great host. We recommend this lodging for your visit to Ketchum.

Perfect location

The location is perfect easy 1/2 mi walk to the gondola and in to town. Very close to the bike path. House is comfortable, immaculate. Hosts are wonderful, very friendly and helpful

Great place for 4 adults to stay and ski at Sun Valley. Small but comfortable and cozy. Great to have access to the hosts hot tub after a days skiing. Enjoyed the home made cookies.

Quiet place in a lovely neighborhood

This apartment is well-equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet. It’s near the wood river trail, close to Ketchum amenities, but feels tucked away in the aspens. Good value, thoughtful hosts.

Nice, comfy home

This was a perfect ski getaway vacation home. The kitchen had everything we needed and my family loved relaxing in the hot tub after a day of skiing. The host was really sweet and friendly. We loved her cookies and how she checked in without being obtrusive. We will be back.

Great experience!

The property was perfect for two friends skiing Sun Valley. Bus to the mountain was an easy one block walk, and we had everything we needed in the space. We cooked one night and prepared breakfast and lunch each day. Hot tub was perfect, and we also enjoyed the moose cruising down the street one morning. Perfect location, perfect hosts!

Great time in Sun Valley

Property was a great value. Easy walk into town for dinner. Hot tub was an added treat after skiing. Kitchen was small but had everything we needed. No dishwasher. Walk to mountain would be an easy stroll in the summer, but more than we were up to with all our gear so we took advantage of the free parking at the resort.

This is the perfect place!

The property was clean and super cute. The property owner was so nice and even left us cookies. Even though it was a super short walk to town, at night, it was so quiet and peaceful. We stayed here last year, and I anticipate we will stay again next year!

All you need

The apt had everything we needed including homemade cookies and beach chairs which we used for star gazing. It was so nice to make our breakfasts and the occasional dinner with groceries from a local market in the Fully equipped kitchen.

Perfect for short stay

The location was great for biking or driving a short distance to Sun Valley resort. Close to everything in Ketchum, but on a quiet and peaceful street. My two small complaints was there’s no laundry facility onsite (have to go to a laundromat in town) and no dishwasher. In general, it worked pretty well for two friends on vacation but we couldn’t both fit in the kitchen at once so cooking together wasn’t really an option.

Sun Valley Visit

My friend and I had a wonderful stay in Ketchum, and the location of this apartment was perfect for exploring town and the greenway on bikes and on foot! We enjoyed coffee on the patio and relaxing in the hot tub and hammocks. The rooms were comfortable and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. We hope to return!

Quiet street and close to mountain

Quiet location and good space. The kitchen had everything and more! Owners were very nice and even made yummy cookies. My arrival was late and they left the lights on for me in the bedrooms amd entryway which was much appreciated at night.

A wonderful stay

We were visiting Ketchum in order to explore the Wood River Valley on our bikes. The owners gave us excellent verbal directions and made trail maps available for our rides. The accommodations were ideal for a short stay.

We have lived in Ketchum for more than 50 years. We are avid cyclists and skiers and raised our kids in Ketchum. Beyond our primary occupations, we owned ski shop in town in the 80's and brought the first windsurfers to Ketchum in the 70's.

Why they chose this property

We have always had this little apartment, which sleeps a maximum of four has been a convenience for our friends and relatives; (and now, our own grown kids who bring their own families to town.) We like having visitors and know that you too will enjoy your stay.
