For rent, in La Brée-les-Bains, house completely renovated in April 2016, comfortable, on an enclosed plot of 2600m2.

This quiet location is located 400 m from the sandy beach. Access from the bottom of the garden to the daily market of Brée-Les-Bains (the largest on the island). Possibility of spending the stay without using the car with free provision of 7 bikes and cycle path nearby.

She understands :
2 large bedrooms of 22 m2 with storage cupboards. The blue room for children (4 beds possible) and the green room for parents (1 double bed and a cot).
A bright dining room with a large convertible sofa (160 cm bultex memory mattress topper) very comfortable, flat TV screen and free wifi.
An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and coffee maker) opening onto a wooden terrace of over 25 m2 with garden furniture, sun lounger and parasol. Barbecue.
Bathroom with walk-in shower. Hair dryer. Separate WC.
Adjoining outbuilding with washing machine.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une maison confortable et avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner ! Les chambres sont grandes et la cuisine très pratique. Le jardin est immense et même si nous n'en avons pas profité en décembre, il était appréciable. Grands espaces pour garer la voiture à l'abri et grange avec lave-linge, sèche-linge et congélateur. Sabrina nous a accueillis en se pliant à nos horaires et nous a laissé la maison nickel ! Merci, nous réitérerons certainement !

super weekend sur Oléron

nous avons passé un weekend de 3 nuits très ensoleillé et visité le phare de Chassiron et la façade côtière de La Rochelle jusqu'au Château d'Oléron : un seul défaut séjour trop court.

Malgré une odeur de renfermé en arrivant dans la maison (vite évacuée en aérant),nous avons passé un agréable séjour,il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la maison et aux alentours, le marché tous les matins,la plage à proximité et le terrain de pétanque face à la mer !

Quelques jours au calme hors période scolaire. La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est bonne ( nous avons apprécié les lits en 160 ). Très grand jardin clos et joliment fleuri. Hangar pour deux voitures. Tout proche de la plage, à côté du marché ( tous les matins). Merci à Sabrina pour son accueil.

Mitte September ein Radparadies

La Bree ist um die Jahreszeit sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen gut sortierten Coop, auch Bio-Artikel. Ein Restaurant sucht man vergeblich, aber schöne Radwege in den Norden zum Leuchtturm und Essengehen. Der Strand von La Bree ist herrlich zum Laufen und Beobachten von Limikolen, Reihern und Mövenarten, bei Ebbe. Bei der Wahl der Unterkunft ist es schwierig eine von der Feuchtigkeit nicht modrige Geruchsbelästigung zu finden. Das Radfahren durch die verschiedenen Vegetationszonen der Insel sind ein Erlebnis.

Comme à la maison

Très beau séjour dans une maison de famille, on s'y sent bien tout de suite. Fonctionnelle, confortable, tout y est. La cuisine est très agréable et le calme à cette époque de l'année est un cadeau. Sabrina est très accueillante. La région est tout simplement magnifique. Nous voilà de retour chez nous ressourcés et d'attaque pour cette nouvelle année.

Comme chez soi

Une maison bien située, à une rue de la place du marché et à 4 minutes de la mer. La cuisine est très bien équipée, il ne manque rien : la salle de bain est fonctionnel avec une belle grande douche italienne : il y a une grande salle à manger et deux grandes chambres dont l'une d'elle avec un très grand lit confortable (idéal pour les grands gabarits). Il ne manque qu'un support dans la cuisine pour l'essuie vaisselle et pour les mains ainsi qu'un dérouleur de papier dans le wc. Un endroit idéal pour partir à la découverte de l'île d'Oléron.
