A lovely comfortable and spacious house with a beautiful garden. Very quiet surroundings close to shops bars and restaurants. A lovely stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. The flat was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the outdoor living space and found ourselves wanting more time. Strolls the the beach and the town central everyday!! I can’t recommend this place enough.

Magnifique!

A lovely, well-designed property including a garden receiving plenty of sunshine and an airy, light and spacious glass fronted main room with huge doors onto the garden. Close to the town and its excellent boulangeries and market. A few mins down to the beach and an amazing location for runs along the coast, walks along the seafront, relaxed days of reading and eating and drinking to your heart's content. Supremely well-equipped kitchen, large fridge for all the cheese, fresh vegetables, Sancerre and champagne required, Second visit and as lovely as the first one. Terrific value too, Quiet, ultra-stylish neighbourhood but you can be sipping coffee on the pavement or out for an early evening glass of something inside five mins, Location, facilities, friendly welcome and overall ambience absolutely fab! Will be back I hope.

Wir waren vom 15.-29.08.2026 in diesem charmanten kleinen Ferienhaus. Unsere Gastgeberin Laurence war sehr freundlich und hat uns einige hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Kommunikation und Check in/Check out waren perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand, in der Stadt oder in der Markthalle (ein Paradies für Hobbyköche!). Eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht und alles in einem top Zustand. Alles aus der Beschreibung war vorhanden. Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% empfehlen.

Climatisation pièce à vivre ne sert à rien, car la véranda apporte beaucoup de chaleur... Il vaut mieux dire que les chambres sont climatisées mais pas la véranda. De plus la canapé est trop petit pour une location annoncée pour 4 personnes et est très inconfortable. Il faudrait aussi que le sol soit reellement nettoyé

Bonjour, Je regrette que les fortes chaleurs normandes aient pu rendre votre séjour moins confortable. La véranda est bien équipée de climatisation, mais en période de canicule, celle-ci peut ne pas suffire à compenser des températures exceptionnelles. Le canapé correspond à l’équipement prévu dans l’annonce, même s’il peut ne pas convenir à tous les usages selon les attentes de chacun. Concernant le sol, je suis attentive à la qualité du ménage et m’étonne de votre remarque, d’autant que rien ne m’a été signalé pendant votre séjour ou lors de votre départ. Bien cordialement,

Großzügiger Wintergarten, der als Woh- und Eßbereich dient. Sobald die Sonne scheint, wird es schnell zu heiß, wie in einem Gewächshaus. Bei Regen wird es im Winter-garten sehr laut, normaler Regen klingt dann wie ein Wolkenbruch. Es gibt allerdings noch eine Klimaanlage. Großer Garten, allerdings Kunstrasen. Moderne Waschmaschine, hervorragende Ausstattung in der Küche. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß und mit dem Auto. Für ängstliche Gemüter etwas problematisch, da von der Straße uneinsehbares Rückgebäude nach hinten versetzt.

Quelle surprise de lire votre commentaire alors que, lors de votre séjour, vous m’aviez indiqué passer « un très bon séjour ». Vous indiquez en point faible « la communication » alors que vous n’avez répondu à aucun de mes messages sur la plateforme de réservation et qu’il m’était impossible de vous joindre sur votre portable dont le numéro était erroné dans Abritel. À ma grande surprise vous avez soumis une réclamation à Abritel à 8h du matin en leur indiquant ne pas avoir accès à la maison alors que l’horaire d’arrivée est prévu « à partir de 17h ». Qu’il fasse beau ou qu’il pleuve cela semble vous poser problème. La maison est en retrait de la rue, au calme mais cela semble vous causer de l’anxiété. Je ne doute pas que vous trouverez une location plus à même de remplir vos critères pour vos futures vacances. Bien à vous.

À quel problème « potentiel » faites vous référence puisqu’il y a la climatisation ? Il n’y a pas de « relax » proposé dans mon annonce mais un salon de jardin bas (canapé/fauteuils et table basse) ainsi qu’un salon de jardin (tables et chaises). Il y avait un 2e parasol à disposition dans la maison. Pour rappel vous avez endommagé le 1er parasol que j’ai dû jeter. Enfin j’aurais apprécié que vous me signaliez lors de votre départ les alèses que j’ai retrouvées tachées de sang.

Hébergement trés bien situé, on peu tout faire à pied. Même s'il y a un peu de vis a vis l'endroit est trés calme.Le logement est propre et très fonctionnel, il y tous ce qu'il faut, pour de bonne vacances ou sejour. Et la clim est appréciable lorsqu'il fait chaud.

Très bon séjour, bon accueil, location conforme à l’annonce. La propreté est irréprochable, la situation de la maison est très agréable, proche du centre ville et de la mer. Seuls regrets, le barbecue était inutilisable ainsi que le grand parasol qui ne tenait pas ouvert verticalement et dont le pied était trop petit pour supporter le moindre vent.

Il s’avère que le fusible avait disjoncté. Le barbecue fonctionne parfaitement. Vous m’aviez signalé un souci avec le parasol et je vous ai déposé un parasol supplémentaire le jour suivant. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette belle maison bien confortable et située entre la grande plage et la zone piétonne. Le jardin est clôturé, idéal pour un séjour avec chien. A recommander.

Week-end de charme

Nous avons été très bien accueillies par notre hôte.Le lieu est lumineux, spacieux et silencieux.Proche de tout : commerces, plage.....Tout peut se faire à pieds.Cabourg est un endroit magnifique.Nous reviendrons.

Très belle location

Hébergement soigné, décoré avec goût, propre et confortable, proche des commerces et de la mer, en retrait de la rue pour une grande tranquillité. Tout se fait à pied: c’est très agréable. Et de beaux ciels étoilés sans pollution lumineuse: un régal. Petit bémol: gros orage toute la nuit donc du bruit sur la véranda. Au global, on recommande.
