Entre autre petit electro ménager sale, non entretenu, manque crutial d hygiène.Odeur fortement désagréable dans la salle de bain.Trés deçus nous ne reviendrons pas malgré un gite bien situé qui pourrait etre agréable si entretenu correctement.

Schnuckeliges Reihenhäuschen in Ferienhaussiedlung

Es handelt sich um ein schmales Reihenhäuschen mit kleinem Garten und abgeschirmter Ferienhaussiedlung. Dazu gehört eine Garage, welche mit größerem PKW etwas schwierig anzufahren ist. In der Vorsaison (Juni) war es noch sehr ruhig, die Häuser kaum bewohnt. Corine war bei der Übergabe selbst anwesend und gab uns die notwendigen Erklärungen (Abfall, Waschmaschine, Poolbenützung usw.). In der Anlage gibt es einen schönen, ca. 28 Grad warmen und idyllisch gelegenen Pool für die umliegenden Mieter. Zur Vorsaison war dieser auch kaum benützt, man war oft allein. Das Meer ist zu Fuß über einen Fuß-u. Radweg entlang des Flusses Dives in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen, mit kräftiger Tide jedoch herrlichem Sandstrand. Wir hatten schöne Tage, machten einige Ausflüge (Honfleur ist zu empfehlen) und genossen unseren Urlaub sehr. Die Normandie und speziell die Region Calvados ist wirklich herrlich.

Excellentes vacances

Nous avoins passé de très belle vacances dans cette location soignée et très bien située, calme, propre. Excellent accueil et réactivité pour toutes les petites questions. Une très belle vue depuis la terrasse et la chambre d'où nous avons pu observer des veaux-marins le soir à marée haute.

Ideale Lage an Fluss und Meer

Der Aufenthalt war gut organisiert. Die Übergabe und Abnahme war reibungslos. Die Gastgeberin und eine Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war für uns gut erreichbar. Das Objekt war sauber und gepflegt. Eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine waren vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt.Zwei Orte Dives und Cabourg am Meer sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es wären 5 Sterne wenn man Bettwäsche und Handtücher leihen könnte.

Perfect Cottage!

Less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, local restaurants, on site swimming pool, beautiful views from the back garden…..this cottage was perfect for us! Really useful bringing our bikes aswell! Eve good communication with the host!

Joli cottage bien équipé, situé sur le bord de la Dive à quelques pas de la passerelle pour aller à la plage de Cabourg . Deux belles chambres à l’étage. Piscine très proche, chauffée et propre . Parfait pour séjourner en famille …

Droomvakantie

Het huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Het matras van het ouderbed was gloednieuw en sliep voortreffelijk. Heel plezierig was ook de tuin aan de rivier. Lekker zitje en prachtig uitzicht. Langs de rivier was de loopbrug naar de boulevard in vijf minuten bereikbaar. Heerlijke wandelingen gemaakt langs het strand naar Cabourg en terug langs de rivier. Kortom hier komen we graag weer eens terug.

Très agréable

Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans cette jolie maison. Tout est proche (supermarchés, plage, centre ville de Cabourg et Dives sur mer…) et la piscine qui est à 20m de la maison pour se détendre. La maison est super bien équipée. Nous avons juste dû ramener le lit parapluie pour notre fils mais cela n’a pas posé de problème en soit. La propriétaire est très gentille et la personne qui nous a accueillie à notre arrivée également. Bref, je recommande cet location.

Maison très agréable, situation idéale

La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos. La chambre parentale, très grande, est très agréable, avec sa vue sur la Dives. Dès qu'on arrive on est au calme, près à se détendre dans le jardin (plus grand que sur les photos), tellement agréable l'après-midi avec le soleil de fin de journée. Les sièges transat relax sont un vrai bonheur. De manière générale l'équipement est très complet, tout est là et même plus (mais attention, pas de wifi). La piscine est (vraiment) à 2 pas, à la fois grande et malgré tout à l'ambiance intimiste, c'est parfait. Le garage fermé est un vrai plus, de même que la possibilité de laisser les vélos à l'extérieur dans le jardinet à l'avant de la maison (ou dans le garage si la voiture n'est pas trop longue). On se sent vraiment au calme dans la maison, car il n'y a aucune route autour, juste la piste cyclable/chemin devant le jardin de derrière. Cette piste permet d'aller à la plage, ou dans l'autre sens d'aller faire ses courses en vélo à 2 minutes au Super U ou Géant Casino/Biocoop (à 5 minutes), ou d'aller à Cabourg. Les alentours sont jalonnés de pistes cyclables, qui permettent de belles balades, soit en bord de mer à Cabourg, soit vers Merville/Franceville et la réserve ornithologique du Gros Banc (2 heures aller/retour), ou à Houlgate de l'autre côté. Ces villes sont superbes, et très agréables également. Enfin Corinne était très sympathique et efficace, à l'écoute de nos demandes, ainsi que Sylviane qui nous a accueilli et qui a été parfaite. Bref un séjour idyllique, au calme, à l'abri du vent grâce aux haies, mais toujours rafraichis par une légère brise. Une maison et une résidence que je recommande chaleureusement. Merci beaucoup !
