On the coast of Nacre is located the seaside resort of Saint Aubin sur Mer.
Welcoming and sunny house of 75 m2.
Southwest exposure.

Description of the land: House located in the courtyard of a private residence not closed.
Small strip of private land unfenced two meters wide in front of the house, lined with a hedge of privet.
No private garden.
Private parking space adjoining the house.
Public park at 100 m.
The sea is accessible by the yard at 50 meters.
Smoker accepted
Only one animal is accepted under certain conditions to do with the owner.

Bed linen, towels and cleaning are not included in the price of the reservation.

The deposit is not added to the payment request it must be deposited on arrival by check or cash.

Room, living room of 28 m2 equipped with a large modular table for 6 to 8 people with 6 chairs, a high chair for children, 'a three-seater sofa (not convertible) with a small coffee table and 1 armchair.

Upstairs: - bedroom 1 street side of 13 m2 with a bed for 2 people 140x190 and a dresser.
- Bedroom 2 of 16 m2 courtyard side with a bed for 2 people 160x200, a sofa bed BZ style for 2 people 140x190 and a wardrobe.
- 1 baby cot umbrella style.
A bathroom with tub shower and a sink a basin.
A separate toilet.

Lovely Home by the Sea

Wonderful Normandy property in Saint Aubin sur Mer. Perfect location if you're visiting the DDay landing sites or simply want a quaint seaside holiday. Would happily stay again!

Normandy Trip

Great place for a stay for visiting WWII sights. The home is beautiful and Chantal is a gracious host. Make sure you do your research on when establishments are open for dining.

Chantal the owner and the house are both beautiful and charming. Chantal is a master of communication always checking with a little text message to make sure everything is okay which is very reassuring. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated with some very beautiful personal touches. BRAVO Chantal and thank you. Location is perfect just set back from the beach front and promenade making it nice and secluded with good parking. Very good restaurants close bye and if visiting the Normandy beaches for an historic visit perfectly placed. Would definitely be the top of our list for a return visit. Tony and Jan

This is a beautiful house, metres from the sea and in a lovely spot within a pretty village. The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Our host had thought of everything, this was one of the very best properties we have stayed in.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette maison. Il y a tout le necessaire dedans et l'accÚs à la promenade et à la plage sans meme avoir à traverser la route. La communication avec la proprietaire est plus que facile et super agréable. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

GemĂŒtliches und wunderschönes Haus

Perfekt. Sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet. Sauber und alles (sogar noch mehr) vorhanden, was man fĂŒr einen Urlaub braucht. Tolle Lage direkt am Meer und der schönen Promenade. Sehr liebe und freundliche Vermieterin. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Une location inoubliable

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. La maison est joliment décorée, d'une propreté parfaite. On s'y sent bien tout de suite. A quelques dizaines de mÚtre du bord de mer. Des commerces à proximité. Nous avons passé une semaine à St Aubin, en faisant toutes nos courses sur place, sans prendre la voiture une seule fois. Possibilité de louer des vélos. Restauration pour tous les budgets. Un grand merci à Chantal.

Wonderful location to stroll the beach boardwalk. Restaurants and grocery stores were close by. Chantal's home had everything available for making anyone feel at home.

really lovely cottage

We loved that cottage! it is close to the beach with no road in between! - direct access - just let the kids out and they are happy. it was a pity that we had a lot of seaweed on the beach and a bit of bad luck with the weather. But it was perfect to exoplore the normandie and have a nice walk along the beach promenade at the evening!

Sehr gute Lage, direkt an der Promenade

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Saint Aubin gehabt. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man benötigt und noch viel mehr, außergewöhnlich gute Austattung. Der GeschirrspĂŒler ging kaputt und die freundliche Vermieterin hat sich direkt fĂŒr den nĂ€chsten morgen um ein Techniker gekĂŒmmert. Keine 50 Meter und man kann schon am Morgen seinen Kaffee am Strand genießen, was will man mehr.

Prettig huis: perfect voor D-day en strand

Een comfortabel en prettig huis, dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Contact met eigenaresse is zeer prettig. Huis is goed gelegen voor de D-day bezienswaardigheden en het huis ligt praktisch aan het strand met voldoende restaurants aan de boulevard.

Es hat uns gut gefallen. Ein kleines HĂ€uschen mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Im Dorf bekommt man die alltĂ€glichen Dinge zu kaufen. Guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die nĂ€here Umgebung.

Fantastic week

Chantal the host of this property is the most perfect host. The property is absolutely perfect for the beach only 50 meters away and d day area. The property is very clean and well maintained. Chantal went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as she could. If you needed her for anything her communication was excellent though out the whole process. We will be returning at our next chance we have. One of the best propertys on the app. 👏👏👏👏

Sehr schönes Haus in Top-Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem kleinen Haus. Die Lage in zweiter Reihe unmittelbar zur Uferpromenade und zum Strand sind toll. Das Haus ist renoviert und nett möbliert. Es gibt ausreichend Platz, alle Dinge fĂŒr eine entspannte Urlaubswoche. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, die Kommunikation lĂ€uft auf allen KanĂ€len hervorragend und super schnell.
