50m from the beach, away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Cabourg, we welcome you in a peaceful, residential setting (Le Hôme Varaville).
The house is very pleasant with a 600m² garden, fully enclosed.
It is 500m from the famous Promenade Marcel Proust.

Individual house of 50m² including:

A fully equipped and independent kitchen (dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microwave, large fridge, coffee maker, casserole, kettle, raclette set, etc.) with 2 windows, one of which is a French window opening onto the terrace.

A living room with sofa bed (BZ) / table and 6 chairs / flat screen TV, with a French window opening onto the terrace.

A large bedroom (access by 5 steps) with double bed / sofa bed / wardrobe / TV, and 2 windows.

A bathroom and separate toilet with hand basin.

A terrace with garden table (+ 6 chairs), BBQ, deckchairs, a 600m² enclosed garden, not overlooked.

Others: washing machine - dryer, 2 bikes for adults, parking on the property, WIFI, pets allowed.

Supervised beach in season at 50m.
A dune with stairs separates the house from the beach.

Super Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten und nur einen Steinwurf weg vom Strand

Alles in allem kann ich nur Gutes berichten,schönes Ferienhaus mit eingezäunten Grundstück, innerhalb 1 Minute am Strand, für Unternehmungen eine gute Ausgangslage.Im Haus gibt es alles was man braucht, Bäckerei um die Ecke.

Situé à quelques mètres de la plage et à côté du Cabourg Home Golf Club, c’est parfait pour les longues balades et une partie de golf. Le grand jardin entièrement clôturé et privatif est idéal pour les animaux domestiques. La grande cuisine dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Bref un endroit au top !

Super Lage

Schönes, sauberes Haus mit großem eingezäunten Garten, einen Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet gelegen. Bis ins Zentrum läuft man ca 35min. Bei Dunkelheit aber schlecht, weil der Ortsteil, in dem das Haus liegt, aus Energiespargründen die Straßenbeleuchtung Nachts ausschaltet. In dem Haus befindet sich alles was man braucht, auch Fahrräder und Sonnenschirm für den Strand sind vorhanden. Für uns mit Hund war es optimal. Die Vermieter haben wir leider nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber man konnte sie immer gut erreichen. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in der Normandie mit Hund

Perfekte Lage, um barfuß die wenigen Meter über die Düne an den schönen, weiten Sandstrand zu gehen. Bei Flut hört man im Garten die Wellen rauschen. Gepflegte Unterkunft. Super leichter Check-In/Out und schnelle Kommunikation mit Sandrine.
