correct mais le minimum!

Chère pour la prestation!! Le logement est correct avec le minimum dont on a besoin! Par contre,pas de clim, juste 2 ventilateurs quand il fait chaud, et pas de chauffage quand le temps n'y est pas!!!Pas de wifi non plus. Le ballon d'eau chaude est tout petit et donc une seule personne peut avoir une douche chaude par jour! Le bâtiment exterieur est très vieux, presque délabré!

Bel environnement

Tres bon accueil par Benjamin. Appartement au rdc dune residence de 5 etages. Terrasse sympa donnant sur jardin et grande piscine agreable et chaude. Cuisine bien équipée avec lave vaisselle, frigo congélateur. Salle de bain à rafraichir (douche qui n'a pas de debit d'eau), nous avons signalé une fuite d'eau qui doit être réparée. La machine à laver est un plus. Mobilier à renouveler: canapé lit dans le salon. Pas de climatisation, un seul ventilateur ne suffit pas, un 2eme serait un plus pour le coin chambre. Neanmoins nous avons apprécié le sejour. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Sejour très agréable à Alcudia

Super piscine. Appartement un peu vieillot mais très fonctionnel. Machine à laver et lave lave-vaisselle extra. De très bons échanges et des conseils de visite quotidiens de notre hôte. On reviendra avec plaisir.

bien situé, beau parc et belle piscine

L'appartement est bien situé à proximité de la plage, la résidence est bien arboré et la grande piscine est agréable. Climat idéal. Il manque quelques finitions dans l'appartement et de la vaisselle. Coté propreté la salle de bain est à nettoyer en profondeur et faire la poussière.

pros and cons of this property

This apartment is in a great location - just 5 mins walk to the beach, Lidl, all shops and cafes - you dont need a car. It also has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Local buses are easy to work out. However, some things to note; the listing says there is internet. There isn't. You need to go to the beach or cafe's round the corner to pick up wifi - or use your data. There is no actual 'free wifi' available. The listing also says that the double bed in the bedroom separates into two single beds.This is incorrect. It is a double bed frame with two thin single mattresses. To make two single beds for my sons, we had to put a mattress on the floor. The pool is literally outside the door, and if you want an early swim its great.However, by about 11am the pool is full of families with kids. If you have small kids it would be great as they all seem to make friends and play together, but my teenage sons weren't impressed. There are no sunbeds to use as they all belong to the other apartments, but you have chairs outside that you can take a bit nearer if you want. Couple of other things to note- the bathroom door doesnt actually close properly, and the smell from the drains was unpleasant at times. There is no air con, so we had to have the fan on all night - a toss up between being hot or the noise of the fan.If you really and truly just need somewhere to crash that is near all facilities then this would do, but our holiday was spoilt by the fact that my 14 yr old had to sleep on a floor mattress for a week, and we had to increase our data plan! Oh, and by the way - please be nice to the black and white Tom cat that will come and see you in the mornings and at night - he just wants a saucer of milk and a bit of ham or chicken. He doesnt try to come in to the apartment - cant blame him really - just doing the best he can to get on in the world.
