The house is very well located, it has the Lidel supermarket 100 meters away, the bus stop that arrives from the airport is 50 meters away, if you want to come by bus, let me know and I will inform you of how you have to get the cost of the bus to the airport they are 12 e. the beach is 100 meters away and it is an ideal beach for children, it is a very large beach.
You have restaurants and supermarkets very close, you can park inside the house, there are bikes to move around the port of Alcudia.

Besonders sauberes, typisches spanisches Haus mit einem innenliegenden und einem aussenliegenden Bad. Handtücher für Bad und Strand ausreichend vorhanden und von guter Qualität. Duschgel, Shampoo, Sonnencreme, Kosmetikartikel etc… alles da was man brauchen könnte. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche mit hochwertigen Utensilien, wie Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Besteck, Gewürzen etc. Man kann vor oder hinter dem Haus sitzen. Im Garten gibt es eine Solardusche und einen Raum mit Waschmaschine, Putzutensilien etc. Die Garage bietet allerlei Dinge für den Strand, wie Schirme, Luftmatratzen, Taucherbrillen und sogar 5 gute Fahrräder, sowie eine Tischtennisplatte. Was noch schön wäre, wären 2-3 Gartenliegen um auch am Haus etwas entspannen zu können, sowie eine Klimaanlage im Spiel/Kinderzimmer. Wobei der Ventilator auch sehr leistungsfähig war und ausgereicht hat. Alles in allem jedoch ein perfekter Aufenthalt bei Antonia in einem perfekten, spanischen Ferienhaus in bester Lage für Strand und abendliches Ausgehen, da die Lage sowohl nah am Hafen, sowie beim Zentrum liegt. Gegenüber liegt ein Supermarkt und mit den Rädern ist man schnell beim Lidl und lecker essen kann man auch direkt gegenüber im DOS Pins. Perfekt.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet auch super schnell auf Anfragen. Das Haus ist echt gemütlich und sauber. Es ist super gelegen. Supermarkt, Restaurants und der Strand super nah.Ganz toll ist auch, dass es alles gibt was man für den Strand benötigt. Schirme, Spielzeuge, Bälle, Fahrräder usw. Der Check-in und Check-out sind einfach.Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

Ausreichend Platz im und am Haus für 6 Personen. Beide Terrassen konnten gut genutzt werden um gemütlich zusammen zu sitzen. In der Küche war alles für das selber kochen vorhanden und sehr sauber. Strandutensilien (Stühle, Luftmatratzen, Schirme) sowie vorhandene Räder könnten genutzt werden. Innen- und Außenbad sehr sauber ( Duschbad und Shampoo vorhanden). Prima Außendusche zum abduschen nach dem Strandbesuch. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Perfekter Ort für Familien

Die Unterkunft ist ideal für Ferien mit Familien mit Kinder jeden Alters. Es hat sogar Spielsachen, Strandutensilien (Sonnenschirm, Buggy für a den Strand, Sachen um im Sand zu spielen). Besonders geschätzt haben wir, dass viele Bade-/Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Mehrere Spielplätze zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso Einkaufs- und Essensmöglichkeiten. Anbindung a den ÖV auch für Ausflüge tiptop, Auto nicht nötig (Bushaltestelle ca 2 min zu Fuß). Super ausgestattete Küche! In der Nacht sehr ruhig (mit Ausnahme von Freitag: Gastronetrieb bis 01. Uhr laut, kann in der Hauptsaison evtl. an anderen Tagen auch etwas lauter sein?) Betrifft aber nur 1 Schlafzimmer) Wir waren rundum glücklich, vielen Dank!

Fantastic stay in this lovely home!

The house was ideal for a family of five. We had loads of room and air-conditioning in every room. Super new tv with all apps in it. WiFi was great. The two decks were very handy as there was sun in morning and evening. Antonia was a fantastic host and couldn’t have been any more helpful! There was loads of beach equipment and bikes available in garage. The washing machine was really handy with great drying space also. Lovely coffee machine and really had everything we could have wanted in terms of kitchen equipment as we are in a few nights/lunch. Very safe, private and secure. Overall fab stay and hope to visit again. Thank you Antonia.

Antonia was very communicative and a lovely host. The house was a bit far from the airport (1 hour) but we had a lovely time! Just wish the weather was better. The house also ran out of electricity in the middle of the night... But otherwise, the house was as pictured and good for the price.

Super Lage - super Ausstattung!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Für Familien perfekt geeignet da wirklich alles das ist was man braucht. Ca 250m Fußweg zum wunderschönen Strand. Auf dem Weg befindet sich sogar ein kleiner Spielplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt gegenüber. Gerne wieder.

Maison idéale, proche mer.

La maison est idéalement située. Nous allions à la mer à pied avec nos 2 petites filles. SPAR en face de la maison. Boulangerie à 300 metres. Restaurants en face aussi. La salle de bain indépendante derrière la maison est agréable en rentrant de la plage pour ne pas emmener le sable dans la maison. La climatisation est un vrai plus pour le mois d'août. Notre hôte était toujours joignable et toujours disponible pour nous aider notamment pour la réservation d'un taxi. Nous avons passé de merveilles vacances à Majorque ! Je recommande vivement cette location !
