Apartment of 130 square meters, which is distributed in 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen next to very spacious living-dining room with incredible sea views and two terraces, one of them facing the sea with some unbeatable views. Perfect for families with children or couples of friends. The apartment has free wifi and satellite television, air conditioning in the living room double suite room and room front of sea. Has a elevator.
The situation is privileged, on the seafront and in front of the Alcúdiamar yacht club and just 250 meters from the beach of Alcudia.
The area is full of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, free public parking, public transport just next door, etc.
The best golf course in Europe, Alcanada, is only 2 km away. In addition to many other sports and water activities.

Wonderful apartment, great location!

We loved staying at Joan's place - it was immaculately clean, spacious, well equipped and in an amazing spot. Close to the beach, lots of shops and places to eat around and not far from Alcudia Old Town either. Joan's been amazing too.

Great apartment

Lovely modern apartment, fabulous location with lots of bars and restaurants steps away and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Spectacular view. Was great for a family of 6 girls but could do with full length mirrors in all rooms. There is a lift but unfortunately it didn't work for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. If you have mobility issues then this would need to be considered as we believe it's a regular thing and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Other than that i wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We had a lovely week in this apartment. We were 4 people and had awesome space. Nice to sit one the terrace on the morning and evening. Beautyful view. Neared resturant and beaches.

Lovely apartment ideally situated frontline

We had 11 great nights in this apartment. It is situated in the middle of passeo maritimo.. the best views in Alcudia. The apartment had just been redesigned with a modern impressive new kitchen and new ensuite room. Joan was excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Toll gelegene, große Ferienwohnung, in der Fussgängerzone, mit wunderbarem Blick auf den Yachthafen von Port d Alcudia. Die Wohnung war sauber, die Möbel sind schon etwas älter aber die meisten Küchengeräte und der Fernseher sind neu, ebenso die Betten, die sehr bequem sind. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und einwandfrei. Restaurants und Bars sind in direkter Nähe.
