Table for 6 people next to the stone barbecue, where you can enjoy outdoor meals at any time thanks to its large extensible awning that will provide shade during the sunniest moments. Thanks to the outdoor shower, you can enjoy showers in the open air.



Guaranteed comfort thanks to its distribution on a single floor. Large kitchen equipped in detail connected to the outdoor area. Lovely villa - it was really ideal

We had a great stay at this lovely place, it was a really ideal location! Very quiet but also just a 10min walk to the beach and a few bars, restaurants and clubs. Would highly recommend for groups and families.

A beautiful private villa in a classic Spanish style

The property was actually much bigger than we expected and we could have easily taken more guests and still had our own privacy. The outdoor space was the highlight and we made use of the BBQ on a couple occasions and virtually never came inside as the property has good sunlight for the majority of the day. Overall couldn’t recommend this place enough for a chilled out, relaxed time in Mallorca!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this house. It's really spacious and clean, the outdoor space is lovely and everything was well equipped. The area is great, short walk to the beach and there's a bus stop 5 minutes walk away where you can take a bus to the old town, Palmathe airport (or lots of other places). Spacious villa with 3 double bedrooms. Clean and tidy. Outside space to enjoy the sun. Property felt dark even with shutters open. No access to English TV. Foam pillows not the best.

Spacious, clean and comfortable villa close to all amenities and beach.

The property was very well presented, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of appliance, facilities and utensils in the kitchen to ensure cooking inside and outside on the BBQ was easy. No less than 3 dining areas and a breakfast bar allowed plenty of choice for eating although majority was spent on the table outside. Plunge pool and outside shower were a really nice addition, with plenty of room outside for sunbathingfinding shade. The toaster failed to hold the bread down on the first day and this was rectified quickly and without fuss - I found this a very positive experience. We all found the amount of room inside and outside very good and made for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time

We were there with our 2,5 years old child and it was perfect with no stairs and the fence all around the house. The house had everything we needed - everything for grilling, cooking and enough towels and bed sheets. The neighbours were really nice to us. It is a quiet neighbourhood, you only hear some live bands in the evening from the far away hotels. But we loved that, too. For little children that sleep during the day I would bring a big cloth or blackout blind to get the room dark. The only minus I could give is that we are home now and not there anymore. We loved the house!

Large spacious home

The home was spacious with easy parking. It was lacking in basic sundries like enough toilet paper for a 5 day stay for 4 people, salt, pepper, tea towels, dish cloths, olive oil. After travelling for 24 hours it was inconvenient to have to go out and get them when you didn’t know the area and were tired and exhausted. Instructions for heaters in English would be appreciated. Pool was too cold to use. It was difficult to get out the locked gate to access the patio. We enjoyed our stay but a bit more could be done to help out of country visitors with a language barrier.

Lovely traditional villa

Lovely large traditional villa, quiet location beach 10 minute walk, Spar shop few minutes around the corner and bus stop in easy flat walking reach. There is also a Lidl with in 5/10 min walk , plus other local supermarket does delivery . Villa had everything needed for stay, air con and pool was a lovely additional bonus. Lots of outdoor seating/sun lounge area .Great communication with management company. They were very helpful when we needed to stay longer due to flight cancellation. The satellite tv had lots of German/Turkish Channels but CNN was only English speaking channel, but not a major issue as out lots of the time. The only thing that would have improved it was perhaps two single beds in one of the three double bedrooms but that is just a personal preference for our family.. Would highly recommend the villa as we had a lovely family stay there and would return .

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und wirklich riesig!

Alles sehr sauber, tolle Terrasse und Pool, jeweils eine Flasche Wasser, Saft und Sekt zur Begrüßung im Kühlschrank. Nur das Internet hätte etwas schneller sein können, aber man ist ja nicht im Urlaub um ständig online zu sein

Magnifique maison, spacieuse

Magnifique maison, spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Nous étions une famille de 3 adultes et 1 ado et avions beaucoup de place, les 2 salles de bain sont très pratiques. Bien située au calme. A 15-20 minutes à pied de la plage et des restaurants. Nous avions une voiture de location. L’arrivée et le départ sont faciles.

Empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten in der großen Ferienwohnung eine gute Zeit. Die 3 Schlafzimmer waren sauber und für jeden lagen 2 Handtücher zur Verfügung. Der Außenbereich war groß genug, mit 6 Liegen, 1 Tisch + 6 Stühle, 1 Grill und dem Pool ausgestattet. Den Pool konnten wir leider nicht durchgehend nutzen, da das Wasser durch die Defekte Pumpe nicht gefiltert wurde. Der Besitzer der Wohnung kümmerte sich darum. Schön wäre es gewesen, wenn wir bei Ankunft auch Seife, Spülmittel und z.B. Schwämme vorgefunden hätten. Wir mussten leider alles selbst kaufen und die Reste vor Ort lassen. Dennoch war es ein super Urlaub! Die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind direkt um die Ecke.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Ideal mit 3 Schlaf- und 3 Badezimmern. Pool und Sitzplatz war ideal mit den Kindern, auch die relativ kurze Distanz zu Restaurants und Strand haben wir sehr geschätzt. Sauberkeit beim Geschirr liess sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Stort og fint feriehus

Rigtig fin beliggenhed, meget rummeligt og fin lille pool, især med små børn med på ferie. Omkranset af mur/hegn hele vejen rundt. Kan anbefales.

Absolutely amazing

The villa was even better than the photos, much more spacious than we imagined it would be! There was everything we needed and more there. We all had a fantastic time and will definitely be back, I’ve also recommended it to a few friends and relatives. Very close to all amenities too. My nana who has mobility issues thought the villa was perfect as did our two children!
