This 3 bedroom / 2 bath townhome can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, or up to 10 with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Surrounded by Southern Utah's beautiful mountains, you will never run out of things to do. Take a trip to Zion National Park or Sand hollow reservoir. Spend your day lounging by one of the two pools or challenging each other to games at the Coral Springs Clubhouse. In the evening, pour yourself a drink and relax on your back patio while barbequing under the setting desert sun. Movie nights have never been easier, with a Smart TV the movie options are endless! This accommodation was large, clean and easy to find. We were with 7 family members end October. The pool was nearby and heated. Just 30 mins to Zion NP and less than 10 to St George. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay near St. George or Zion area

Beautiful home in a central location

We had a fantastic stay! The house was much larger and more spacious than even the pictures suggested. We were amazed and so pleased with all that was included for such a reasonable price! All rooms and areas were clean and comfortable. The house was well appointed and was in a great location to explore the area and Utah's National Parks! Some suggestions for improvement: coffee table in living room, more towel bars in the smaller bathroom, working clock radio in single queen bedroom, and luggage stands in the bedrooms. Customer service was responsive and very friendly. Would definitely rent through Red Sands again. Thank you!

Zion trip

The house looks very nice. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work. I was told someone would be out to fix it but they never showed up. The pots and pans are terrible. Coffee maker was broke. Outside chair was broke. Fan was broke and drawer in fridge was broke.
