This 3 bedroom / 2 bath townhome can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, or up to 10 with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Surrounded by Southern Utah's beautiful mountains, you will never run out of things to do. Take a trip to Zion National Park or Sand hollow reservoir. Spend your day lounging by one of the two pools or challenging each other to games at the Coral Springs Clubhouse. In the evening, pour yourself a drink and relax on your back patio while barbequing under the setting desert sun. Movie nights have never been easier, with a Smart TV the movie options are endless! Excellent property

Lots of amenities and good location. Easy drive to Zion National Park. The house quite nice. Had everything we needed. Property managers very responsive when we had questions. Access to a pool was nice after long day if sightseeing. Would definitely stay again

This Condo is beautiful.

This condo resort is absolutely beautiful. Everything in the resort is well maintain. We have a very nice time here. It is conveniently located. The pools so so nice. I am recommending this resort to everyone in our family.

Great accommodation for our quick trip

Great place for our quick trip to St. George with 7 adults. Clean unit with plenty of space. Nice pool. Could use getting new pillows as they were very flat and not great, but other than that it was great. The perfect place to stay for our trip to see the Tuacahn show and visit snow canyon.

Fantastic

Great family vacation

We enjoyed staying at your townhome. We covered Zion & Bryce Canyons and also Wire Pass/Buckskin Gulch! Most parks were about 2 hours away. Zions Angels Landing is a must see. The pools and hot tub was great after a long day of hiking.

This accommodation was large, clean and easy to find. We were with 7 family members end October. The pool was nearby and heated. Just 30 mins to Zion NP and less than 10 to St George. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay near St. George or Zion area

Wonderful Place

Our unit was clean and large. The pool was crowded in the evening, but we would go in the morning and have the entire pool area to ourselves. There is also a great little putting green at the pool. We would come back here again.

Wonderful and Clean

Great place for a family getaway! We came with 3 kids under 5 and 4 adults. We were all very happy and comfortable. Great air conditioning (thank heavens as it was 108 degrees!) And wonderful kitchen for cooking. There were some not great looking stains on 2 of the bed comforters- but we just took them off the bed and then everything was great! Would stay again!

Everything Needed for the Perfect Getaway!

We had a great stay here! Everything was exactly how it was detailed and in some cases even better. Five-star cleanliness and it had everything needed for the perfect vacation. Located only a few miles from the amenities we needed. We couldn't figure out the TV and called the property mgt co and they came out within 15 minutes!! Great customer service and quick response!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Hello, our stay was great. Few items missing that would have made our stay excellent: night lights in bathrooms and hallways, microwavable plates and bowls, some Tupperware, plunger and written instructions on how to use the tv. Also, all windows were unlocked whe we checked in. We went around and locked all the windows.

Beautiful home in a central location

We had a fantastic stay! The house was much larger and more spacious than even the pictures suggested. We were amazed and so pleased with all that was included for such a reasonable price! All rooms and areas were clean and comfortable. The house was well appointed and was in a great location to explore the area and Utah's National Parks! Some suggestions for improvement: coffee table in living room, more towel bars in the smaller bathroom, working clock radio in single queen bedroom, and luggage stands in the bedrooms. Customer service was responsive and very friendly. Would definitely rent through Red Sands again. Thank you!

Such a clean, fun place!

Looks way better than in the pictures even. I walked in and thought I had the wrong house at first (not that the picture were bad or anything)! So clean and cared for. Felt right at home. Check-in and out process was simple. We spent two nights and it was perfect for me and my kiddos. It’s in a cute neighborhood. There’s a heated pool, a small playground, and the cutest duck pond that apparently you can fish out of. My oldest was so bummed he didn’t bring his fishing stuff. Highly recommend!

Zion trip

The house looks very nice. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work. I was told someone would be out to fix it but they never showed up. The pots and pans are terrible. Coffee maker was broke. Outside chair was broke. Fan was broke and drawer in fridge was broke.

Fantastic!

This place was great! Everything from the garage to the neighborhood pools was spot on. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, the unit stayed cool and the ceiling fan in the master was very much appreciated. Might consider putting fans in the other bedrooms as well. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and found most what we needed, except a pizza cutter 😆 I personally loved how everything was labeled. We had three adults and two kids (8 & 6) and there was room for more if needed. The garage was excellent for keeping the car out of the desert heat. Walmart is only 4ish miles away and there are a lot of restaurants in St. George about 15+- minutes away. We went to Zion multiple days, Quail Creek State Park is right down the road and an excellent place to visit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Wow! Better than home away from home

We are a family of 5. We decided to stay here for our visit to Zion even though it is about a 45 minute drive to Zion's main gate. It's an easy drive. Just don't speed. The speed limits change about 30 times on the way to Zion and there is a Sheriff that had people pulled over all day long between this house and the town of Hurricane. Other than the Sheriff slowing me down I could not have been more pleased with our decision. The house is very large inside and very nice. 10 foot ceilings and a beautiful kitchen. The house has everything you need. The MBR bedroom was large and the MBR bathroom was huge. My girls each had a double bed in the one bedroom and my son had his own double in his room. They shared a bathroom. Plenty of closets and storage areas to keep your bags out of the way. The pool area was beautiful with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. I would go back in a minute. The community was super clean and a management person even came around to make sure the trash cans had been removed from the street. Close Proximity to shopping in St. George and Hurricane. Costco and 2 Super Walmarts are just minutes away as well as a wealth of different Restaurants for whatever you are hoping to get. There are also several state parks with water events available (kayaking, paddle boards etc) just minutes away. The price relative to staying in a hotel closer to Zion made this all worth while. I don't think you can beat the deal price wise and amenity wise.
