Located in Washington City, just in between St. George and Hurricane, this townhome has quick access to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and city life.

This 3 bedroom / 2 bath townhome can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, or up to 10 with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Surrounded by Southern Utah's beautiful mountains, you will never run out of things to do. Take a trip to Zion National Park or Sand hollow reservoir. Spend your day lounging by one of the two pools or challenging each other to games at the Coral Springs Clubhouse. In the evening, pour yourself a drink and relax on your back patio while barbequing under the setting desert sun. Movie nights have never been easier, with a Smart TV the movie options are endless! Roomy, clean, plenty of amenities. Bedrooms were roomy and well appointed. The large laundry room was a nice addition. Beds were comfortable as well. And we loved that the clubhouse was a quick walk for plus to enjoy the pools and hot tubs.

Great place for our quick trip to St. George with 7 adults. Clean unit with plenty of space. Nice pool. Could use getting new pillows as they were very flat and not great, but other than that it was great. The perfect place to stay for our trip to see the Tuacahn show and visit snow canyon.

We enjoyed staying at your townhome. We covered Zion & Bryce Canyons and also Wire Pass/Buckskin Gulch! Most parks were about 2 hours away. Zions Angels Landing is a must see. The pools and hot tub was great after a long day of hiking.

Wonderful Place

Our unit was clean and large. The pool was crowded in the evening, but we would go in the morning and have the entire pool area to ourselves. There is also a great little putting green at the pool. We would come back here again.
