Stunning Garden and Pool View – 700 square foot updated condo located at Marina Sol Residences & Resort , this condo can sleep up to 4 guests and is perfect for a couple with one or two kids

***We now have free calling for all our guests, that's RIGHT unlimited worldwide calling in our Casa Jardin with a private telephone line that is hard wired and has a very clear connection. Enjoy the abundant fun and activities in the world class resort of Cabo San Lucas from this centrally located luxury condominium. This one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen garden condo is ground level entry with no stairs and has direct access to the beautiful pool and courtyard area of Marina Sol Resort. The location is very private and quiet and the large bedroom features a quality king size mattress with high thread count linens, overhead ceiling fans and lots of closet space. The living room has a pull out futon for sleeping, a 42 inch Smart TV that gets over 200 channels and a blue tooth speaker .The adjoining 3 piece bathroom has a tiled shower, quality marble finishes and a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully stocked with Refrigerator, stove, microwave and all the small appliances you would find in your own home. Private wifi and smart TV connections have been installed in the condo. Expand your space to the outdoors with sliding doors that open from the living room to the patio. The patio has a beautiful gas BBQ Seating for 4 guests and a spectacular view of the Marina Sol Pool and Courtyard area.

Our 2nd stay at this property, just in a different suite this year. Nice, clean room with AC, great pool for cooling off while sunbathing. Very centrally located in downtown Cabo.

I enjoyed my stay at casa jardín. It was confidently located. The grounds were nicely kept. It is an older complex but things were in order. The Findo was a nice size for 1 or 2 people and the bed was comfy. The only critique I have is that the condo is not set up for remote workers. The coffee table is too low. I used the tops of the linen bins for my lap top which worked out fine my suggest ruin would be to provide a small folding table. Internet was perfect. Staff was perfect. Would stay by here again.

Amazing time !

Best ground unit!

Nice and clean unit with large patio looking at the grounds and pool. Manager made our stay very comfortable. Lots of amenities with coffee, beer and water at checkin.

Loved everything about this place

From the pickup, to the welcome greeting at Marina Sol, to our final moment, service was top notch. Ivan and Rosa made sure we were well taken care of. Place was centrally located. 5-10 min walking distance to Walmart, Mango Deck, and nightlife. Will absolutely stay here again!!

If you need to relax ...this is the place.

This is a great location. The property is clean. Most important it is so close to everything. If you like to uber....it is only $5 to $6 dollars to most places around the marina or you can walk.

Perfect in Paradise

This was our fourth year staying at Marina Sol, We have never had a disappointing moment. The staff and the property are top notch. The location is perfect, The condos are clean and well maintained, We were tempted to try a new location each trip but decided It would be almost impossible to top Marina Sol. Amazing stay!

I had an incredible weekend. The condo was very clean. I was able to check in early, which was great. It’s a great location and walking distance to the beach and downtown. I would recommend this condo!!!! The property manager and owner were pleasant and accommodating. Thank you for everything!

Nice condo in a great location!

Our first time to Cabo and we really enjoyed our stay. This condo is in a great location if you like to walk the town, which we do. It is very safe and secure, the staff at the complex is awesome and the pool is a great feature. The marina is 2 blocks away as is the town. So many places to visit, 1 week is not enough. If you want to be close to everything, but like to feel a little tucked away, Marina Sol is the place to stay.

I had the best getaway weekend. I love traveling to Cabo to decompress. I have stayed in this specific condo two times. Both stays have been amazing. It is a great price and the best location. Perfect location, great amenities, exactly what we wanted

We spent one week in the Marina Sol resort apartment, and it was outstanding. Located close to the marina, beach, restaurants, but still having a private 'feel' to it with a convenient pool and restaurant on hand if needed. Next to Walmart for groceries and mangos. Great coffee shop across the street, and bakery two blocks down. Spa onsite. The apartment was clean, cool, well stocked/maintained, had a good view of the pool and center area, and we felt completely safe and well taken care of. Highly recommend, and we'll definitely be back again.

Good location Excellent communication

The location would be perfect except for the hill to walk up to get to the closet beach. To get to the marina, it is best to walk through the mall to avoid the hill as well. There are many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. Staff at the resort are very friendly and helpful. Ivan meet us when we arrived and took care of everything we needed with a "I take care of it" and a smile and follow through.

Another great trip to Marina Sol!

This was our second trip and stay at Marina Sol and it was excellent. Ivan was our host and he welcomed us immediately on our arrival, welcomed us and showed us to our unit. He checked in on us daily to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The entire staff at Marina Sol is outstanding and very attentive. The location of Marina Sol is outstanding about 1 block from Medano Beach and a couple blocks from the marina and downtown. We highly recommend Marina Sol. Great staff, great location, great ammenities.

Great location and pool

We were not told that remodeling noise would be happening during our visit. There was also persistent noise from one of the loud mouth home owners there for a meeting that was more than distracting. Kind of a downer for the four days we were there.
