A spacious villa open to nature and the sea, ideal for holidays with family or friends!
The villa has a site quite exceptional = direct and private access to the protected Bay of Cul de Sac and Pinel and Little Key (SUP and kayaks are available), a huge tropical garden of 3 600m2, the reserve adjoining natural (donkeys, horses and fauna). A haven of peace !
The villa consists of two parts separated by a large patio / solarium.
A portion facing the sea (Room 1, kitchen and lounge / Smart TV); some facing the garden with bedrooms 2 and 3.
The 3 bedrooms are all air conditioned with private bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Ability to add 1 bed person in rooms with 2 and 3 supplement.
Great design & equipped kitchen. Living and Smart TV (Netflix). Internet / WIFI.
