This is a beautiful UPSTAIRS, 1 bedroom apartment located in a triplex building. It was built in 1876 and is located in historic downtown Cape Girardeau, Mo.. It is approximately 1400 square foot on 2 levels with a roof top balcony. Waking distance to the river walk, casino, downtown shops and restaurants. Surrounded by other beautiful historic homes in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Lots of historic charm with modern comfort. Our place is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

SEMO family days

The apartment was so quaint and cozy, had everything we needed. Patio was great for morning coffee and evening drinks. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Perfect in Every Way!

The pictures represent the property well. It was impeccably clean. The apartment in and of itself was just really neat and very nicely furnished. It’s location was excellent too, within walking distance to downtown and in the other direction a short drive to all kinds of shopping. The hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. If I could have given it 10 stars I would have! Great choice!

Beautiful Home

This home is absolutely beautiful. Amazing old charm yet updated. Very nicely decorated. Clean and comfortable. The bed was nice. The sectional is very nice and comfortable. If you’re scared of heights, please note that the bed is extra tall. ;-) It was a very nice surprise to find a few beverages and snacks! The home owners were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!!

My son rented for work travel. It was perfect. He loved the space and the location is perfect! Right in the river and just down the street from his favorite place to eat. Check out Broussard’s if you like Cajun! He will always book this place when he travels for work. It was truly perfect.

Another great visit!

Enjoyed last year’s stay so much we added a night this year. Perfect location for exploring downtown Cape with everything in walking distance. Apartment was extremely clean and had everything we could need. Look forward to our next visit!
