Our large chalet "the Nivéole" rated five stars by the tourist office is one of the most beautiful in Gerardmer. Its full-wood architecture as well as its vast surface of ​​250 square meters and its facilities will assure you an incomparable comfort. In this beautiful and wild area Gérardmer, the Pearl of the Vosges, you will spend an unforgettable stay!

For the comfort of your stay, our prices include all charges (water, electricity, internet), and the cleaning of the house at the end of your stay, who are generally to be paid extra at the end of your stay, which can greatly burden the bill for a rental that looks a priori cheaper.

You will be literally next to the ski slopes in winter (~ 200 meters), in the summer you will be directly in the forest for mountain biking, running or walking, and 10 minutes from the lake by feet, a lake that you can also see from the terrace or balcony. The center's shops are 700 meters away. The Chalet is perfectly located.

The Chalet offers 5 rooms for 16 people, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, distributed on each floor. There is a large sauna on the ground floor. The master bedroom has its private bathroom. The chalet also has two lounges and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a storage room for food and equipment for babies. This baby equipment is provided (Chair, changing device, bed etc.). A large wood stove is available, and all the usual equipment for a long stay (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer etc.). We provide game consoles and board games, WiFi is available throughout the house, the cottage also has a table football table.

Outside, the Chalet has a large terrace, a barbecue, and very large green areas, a playground for children and a "pétanque" alley. The Chalet has a private parking that can easily accommodate 8-9 cars.

Pets are allowed, smoking is prohibited. If you call us, and we strongly encourage that :), call one of our two number 0041 786 96 66 07 or 0041 434 44 95 29 as is, do not replace the 0041 with 0, you could not join us, and it would be a sad :)

Great chalet for a group of friends

We had an excellent time here, the sauna and pool table were a great hit with the group. The two sofa beds in the room beside the sauna are unfortunately not very comfortable. But there are 6 good double beds and a futon throughout the rest of the rooms. Recommended!

Un très beau chalet, bien arrangé et bien aménagé.Nous n'avons manqué de rien, les lits sont très confortables. Les canapés lits en revanche pas du tout, prévoir un couchage pour 12 personnes. Les canapés et fauteuils dans le salons pourraient être remplacés, on s'enfonce dedans.C'est pourqoui nous donnons 4 étoiles.Sinon logement a à peine 5 minutes en voiture de la Mauselaine, faisable à pieds.Le centre de Gérardmer se trouve à une trentaine de minutes à pieds.Le contact avec Morgane a toujours été rapide et très agréable.Chalet qui en vaut la peine

Chalet très spacieux et confortable, bien agencé et le matériel pour bébé fût apprécié. Le billard et baby foot ont été très convoités!!! Activité pour tous en pouvant toute à la fois avoir chacun son intimité. Le vestiaire est une idée géniale!!! A conserver. Quel dommage que certains locataires ne puissent respecter les équipements à disposition. Très touchés par les petits présents lors de notre arrivée. Reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Le but de notre voyage etait de v etait donc super. Decus par la salete du four qu on a du recurer avant de pouvoir l utiliser et par le manque de produits comme liquide pour les sols ou sacs poubelles… Pour le reste nous avons passe un tres agreable sejour… nous y reviendrons peut etre un jour en hiver… le site doit etre magnifique sous la neige!isiter certains lieus en Alsace et faire des randonnées dans les forets . Schönes, großes Chalet in guter Lage

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt mit einer 14 Personen Gruppe. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Etwas schade, dass man vor Ort leider nur Französisch und kein Englisch spricht. War letzlich aber auch kein großes Problem. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Le chalet est top. Extérieur sympa avec boulodrome. Cependant, l'intitulé "vu sur le lac" devrait être retiré de l'annonce, car ce n’est pas du tout le cas. De plus, le chalet comprend seulement 3 vrais lits double, les 3 autres lits "double" sont vraiment petits. Nous étions 12, et il a fallu faire dormir 3 personnes sur des canapés dépliables qui n'étaient pas vraiment confortables, Je ne sais pas trop où auraient dormis les autres si nous avions été 14... Petit détail ; 3 chopes de bière dans un chalet pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes, ce n'est pas suffisant.

Idéal!

10 personnes de 3 à 60 ans, malgré le manque de neige nous avons qd même pu profiter des pistes (voiture nécessaire jusqu'au parking pour les enfants!) et bien profitez du chalet, spacieux et très bien équipé. La situation nous a permis de nous rendre également dans le centre ville facilement. Nous le recommandons!

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

Chalet idéalement situé, propre, grand avec des chambres bien pensées. L'espace de vie est agréable. Le chalet est bien agencé et équipé. Un vrai plus qui est rare dans le cadre de locations en week-end, la possibilité de rester jusqu'au dimanche après-midi pour profiter des moments en famille en hiver.

Wir haben in allen Belangen nur die besten Erfahrungen gemacht. Sauberkeit, schneller Kontakt und sehr freundliches Verhalten. Es ist ein gemütliches Haus mit viel Ausstattung, Geschirr, Raclette,... An Silvester wurden wir sogar mit Geschenken überrascht. Vielen Dank nochmals an den Gastgeber.

Chalet très beau et bien équipé ! Nous avons reçu un cadeau d'arrivé grandement apprécié ! Les échanges avec le propriétaire ou la société de gérance sont top et très réactifs en cas de problème. Le région est splendide ! Seul petit bémol pour nous : nous fêtions Noël en famille avec des enfants en bas âges. Aucune décoration ni de sapin . Nous garderons néanmoins un très bon souvenir de notre semaine dans le chalet.

Nous étions très satisfait le chalet était tel qu'il était précisé sur l'annonce. Le chalet était équipé autant en cuisine, en jeux pour les enfants et adultes. Le descriptif de l'annone ne correspond pas à la réalité, EX on nous annonce 6 chambres alors qu'il n'y en a que 4 cela a complique le couchage pour les 14 personnes. Ce n'est pas réglo d'annoncer cela c'est une fausse information

We enjoy friends and family reunions and what a better place to do that than a nice Chalet? Of course, this implies some excesses at the table, fortunately we also enjoy outdoor activities, in particular ski, running, cycling and swimming. Marie-Aline is a competitive triathlete. Currently, we live and work in Switzerland where we both are scientists, in cancer research. We have to be mobile and this chalet is a nice reason to come back in our home region.

We come from the region of Gerardmer and having a Chalet in this area, with a warm atmosphere next to the ski slopes, to welcome our guests and allow them to spend wonderful moments in the Vosges, is a childhood dream that is now a reality!
We now work real hard to ensure the quality of your stay. Welcome!

What makes this property unique

On first sight, the chalet shows its impressive and typical architecture from the Vosges. Its quality, size and surface are unique in the area. Moreover, the chalet has a great view on the lake, especially in Winter. The Chalet is also close form the center of Gerardmer (700 meters, 5-10 minutes by feet, 1 minute by car) if you want to go to the restaurant, have some drinks, go to the lake or do some shopping. Most of all you are right in the middle of the nature of the Vosges, just put your shoes on, open the door and hike :). Works also with your running shoes or your bikes!
