Independent apartment of approx 40 m² on the first floor of a private house with a small garden.

Calme et très bien situé

Un logement où l'on se sent vite bien, calme en limite du bourg, la nature aux fenêtres, le sentier côtier à moins de 500 mètres. Un accueil courtois ; un dialogue très facile et attentionné.

Charmant, modern und herrlich ruhig

Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und möchte nicht mehr weg. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht und sie hat einen separaten Zugang. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man kann herrlich entspannen. Luftlinie ist sie ca. 600m vom Wasser entfernt und bietet einen Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf dem GR34. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Station machen. (coucou à Chipie 😙)

Sehr gut, ideal für zwei Bretagne-Liebhaber...

Modern ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage , Wohnküche mit allen nötigen Gerätschaften außer Spülmaschine; geschmackvolles Interieur, Schlafzimmer/Matratzen ok. (1,60er Doppelbett), Gartennutzung; zwei gute Fahrräder wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt; Entfernung zum nächsten Strand innerhalb des Bereiches des Golfes von Morbihan ca. 1 KM, dort zahlreiche kleine Badebuchten mit Sand, sehr sauberem Wasser, aufgrund der Golflage deutlich wärmer als im offenenen Meer; Letzteres erfordert etwas längere Autofahrt über Auray bis Kerpenhir auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Flußmündung des Bono, von dem der Golf quasi abzweigt; in der näheren Umgebung mehrere pittoreske Dörfchen und kleine Häfen, Fähre zur Mönchsinsel (île aux moines) und nach Gavrinis (steinzeitl. Grabstätte mit Felszeichnungen , Tumulus"), alles fußläufig per Wanderung oder mit Fahrrad zu erreichen; Ortszentrum mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bistrot in ca. 5 Minuten per Fahrrad erreichbar; Besitzerin wohnt im Erdgeschoß, sehr liebenswürdig und hilfsbereit; engl./frz.-sprachig; Abwicklung über FeWo/Abritel probemlos; Endreinigung selber möglich: alle Putzmittel/Staubsauger vorhanden;
