This very bright property is on the 2nd floor in the attic.
The beach of Mar Vivo, sheltered from the Mistral is at your feet and you reach the beach Sablettes and 7 min. along the seafront.
The shops are also 7 min. walk (bakery / pastry shop, butcher, fishmonger, greengrocer, pharmacy, etc.)

Einfach genial 😎

Wir verbrachten hier im Oktober 2 super entspannte Wochen! Appartement: Bietet genügend Platz für 4 Personen. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Vieles ist gut durchdacht und funktional für entspannte Ferien. Zum Appartement konnten wir neben dem Parkplatz in der Anlage auch die Garage benutzen. Aussicht: Vom grossen Balkon aus überblickt man die Strände Mar Vivo und Les Sablettes bis nach Le Mandrier. Hier hielten wir uns auch gerne Nachts auf und genossen das rauschen der Wellen und die Lichter gegenüber. Lage: Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Fussläufig sind auch Bäckereien, Metzgereien und ein kleiner Supermarkt etc. erreichbar. Dem Strand/der Promenade entlang sind einige Restaurants zu finden. Am Freitagmorgen gibt es einen schönen Markt in Les Sablettes. Die Anlage liegt an einer Nebenstrasse und ist sehr ruhig. Umgebung: Wir wanderten auf 2 Sentier Littoral, einer nach Le Mandrier und ein kurzer an den Plage de la Verne. . Wir fuhren auch mit der Fähre, einfach und günstig nach Toulon, direkt vor die Altstadt. Es gibt auch einige Buslinien. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die Fahrt am Mittwochmorgen an den grandiosen Markt in Sanary. Ansprechpartner: Sehr nett empfanden wir die Kontaktaufnahme durch die Besitzerin Danielle. Vorort wurden wir von Stephanie herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert und symphatisch instruiert. Ja, es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir kommen bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder. Merci Danielle und Stephanie.

Séjour étoilé

Très agréable séjour dans cette charmante location. Un accueil chaleureux en la personne de Stéphanie qui ne savait plus quoi faire pour nous être utile . Rien ne manquait dans cette location pour que nous puissions passer un séjour agréable . Merci aussi aux propriétaires Mme et Mr Buvelot pour leur gentillesse .

Gemütliche Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, schöner grosser Balkon (Loggia) mit tollem Blick auf die Strandbucht, die direkt unterhalb der Ferienanlage anfängt. Wir waren im Juli dort und es war entsprechend heiss, so dass eine Klimaanlage angenehm gewesen wäre.

Cadre splendide. Appartement accueillant et très propre, en accord total avec l'annonce . Il suffit d'arriver juste avec ses affaires personnelles, car il y a tout dans l'appartement (épicerie.....,produits ménagers...,voire même produits de toilette...). Un plus pour cette location, le parking et le garage privés. Pour couronner le tout, l'accueil et la disponibilité de Stéphanie sont très appréciables .

Wunderschönes Urlaubserlebnis

Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet, bietet genügend Platz für eine Familie (Mama mit 3 Kindern), ist sehr sauber, hat eine tolle Ausstattung und ist perfekt direkt am Meer gelegen. Der Strand ist sehr gepflegt und die Restaurants und Läden fußläufig binnen 10 bis 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind sehr lieb und die Dame, die sich vor Ort kümmert sehr lieb und aufmerksam. Vielen lieben Dank.

Superbe vue

Accueil très chaleureux de Stéphanie à notre arrivée. Appartement avec une vue magnifique, un pur bonheur. Dépaysement total, au calme. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. La literie est très confortable, cuisine parfaitement équipée et salle de bain neuve. Tout est prévu pour qu'on se sente comme à la maison et c'est rare ! La loggia est vraiment top car nous avons pu bien en profiter fin octobre.

Des vacances de rêve

Cette location est le condensé de tout ce que l'on rêve pour d'excellentes vacances. Appartement conforme très bien amenagé, équipé et décoré le tout d'une propreté exemplaire. Une très belle terrasse avec une vue splendide sur la mer et la plage accessible en 1mn à pied. Pres des commerces mais en même temps bénéficiant du calme d'une résidence sécurisée près d'un parc.Tout était parfait et je tiens a remercier les propriétaires ainsi que Stéphanie, qui nous a accueilli, pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité.

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans ce magnifique appartement équipé de la tête au pied. De la literie à la cuisine en passant par le salon, tout le confort nécessaire et même plus sont présents. Traumblick für traumhaften Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht exakt der Ausschreibung und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Sowohl mit den Vermietern als auch der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort lief die Kommunikation herzlich und einwandfrei. Der Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar. Für Ausflüge nach Aix-en-Provence, Saint Tropez oder Marseille kann man das Auto (Stellplatz und Garage vorhanden!), den Bus, den Zug oder den Bateau Bus nutzen. Der Strand und das schöne klare Wasser bieten dann ideale Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Das Angebot ist vielfältig und wir kommen gerne noch mal wieder.

L'appartement est très bien situé en bord de plage dans une résidence très calme et sécurisée. Le quartier comporte de nombreux magasins alimentaires. Le balcon/terrasse est très bien orienté pour en profiter pleinement. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Des denrées alimentaires attendent les voyageurs leur permettant de profiter du week-end. 100% Perfektion

Der Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft. Ein paar Meter entfernt vom Strand und herrliche Aussicht. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr liebevoll dekoriert und hat wirklich ALLES was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin hat prima funktioniert und war sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder!!

Wir würden sehr freundlich begrüßt. Stefani war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tips gegeben.Die Kommunikation hat gut und unkompliziert funktioniert.
