APARTMENT T2 ground garden villa.
A spatieuses rent under the pines (for shade and the cicadas) a few steps from a long sandy beach. Interior pleasantly cool in summer.
Equipment renewed in late 2011. Very beautiful oriental lounge room for a romantic stay. Parking in front of the housing and access private garden for outdoor dining, relaxation and children's games.
Take a bath towel beach on the shoulder or join two beautiful coves at 300 and 400m snorkel in hand! 2 near diving clubs.
Bakery and grocery store 50m. All shops 500m.
Sablettes 1km: nightlife, concerts, coffee shops, Provencal market.

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est fonctionnel, non exposé au soleil donc relativement frais. Bien situé par rapport aux plages.

Erholung bei sehr sympathischen Gastgebern

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Monsieur Labille und seiner Frau, die sehr freundlich im Hintergrund für Ihre Gäste da sind. Die Wohnung von der Größe her gerade noch ausreichend für vier Erwachsene/ Jugendliche besitzt alles, was man für zwei Wochen Urlaub benötigt. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet, doch das Leben spielt sich vor allem vor der Tür ab, wo man wunderbar sitzen, essen, lesen und entspannen kann. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und zu den Stränden kann man zu Fuß gelangen.Ein toller Bäcker ist ebenfalls nicht weit. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und mittlerweile in bester Erinnerung. Vielleicht noch eine kleine Anregung: die Küche benötigt scharfe Messer.

Gemütliches Wohnen in der Nähe von verschiedenartigen Stränden

Liebevoll gestaltete Wohnung mit viel Platz und der Möglichkeit, draussen zu sitzen, mit sehr hilfsbereiten Gastgebern, die alles zur Verfügung stellen, was einem fehlen könnte. Gute Bäckerei und Laden in der Nähe. Von der Schönheit des Meeres gar nicht zu sprechen...

Une quinzaine très agréable

Très bon accueil de la part de Mr et Mme Labille La dépendance est très agréable, nous avons largement profité de l’extérieur. La plage est proche et un commerce de proximité est à 100 mètres. Plage proche et propre les environs sont agréable et la ville est à 5 minutes en voiture. Les propriétaires sont souple, discret mais reste a disposition. Expérience à renouveler je vous la recommande.

An enjoyable stay

A quirky apartment, very friendly and helpful owners. Located in a quiet area a few hundred metres from the beaches. Lovely outside area. We had a small problem with the plumbing, which was rectified as soon as we reported it. We were there at the hottest time of the year and as there is no air-con, would have benefited from a fan in each bedroom rather than just one.

Endroit très bien situé, à 5 minutes environ des plages à pied. La location est très fonctionnelle et idéale pour 4 personnes. Vacanza perfetta per le famiglie

L’appartamento è funzionale , ben equipaggiato, in una posizione perfetta per chi non vuole utilizzare la macchina durante il soggiorno , a pochi passi dal mare, dai negozi e dal centro con i suoi locali. Lo spazio all’esterno è perfetto per consumare i pasti, la strada aldisotto è trafficata solo durante gli orari di punta, al di fuori dei quali si sente solo il frinire delle cicale. I primi 15 giorni di luglio sono sicuramente i migliori per godersi la spiaggia e i locali senza ressa. Abbiamo viaggiato con due bambini piccoli (3 anni e 11 mesi) ed è stata la vacanza ideale per loro! Jean e Christyane sono padroni di casa molto gentili, attenti e discreti, è stato un piacere conoscerli!

Maison très agréable, conforme à la description, proche des commerces et plage pas besoin du véhicule pour s'y rendre. Nous avons appréciés le coin jardin à l'ombre des pins avec le chant des cigales. Appartement confortable, idéal pour une famille avec deux enfants. Petit coin repos devant la maison, la route à côté ne nous a pas dérangé. Bien situé, boulangerie et superette à 2 min, accès plage à 5 min à pied. Propriétaires très gentils, avenants et discrets. Très bon séjour à la seyne sur mer.

Appartement conforme à la description, idéal pour une famille avec un ou deux enfants. Manque juste un petit canapé ou un fauteuil en plus pour le coin tv. Petit coin extérieur devant la maison très agréable sous les pins, la route passante à côté, ne nous a pas dérangé. Accès à la boulangerie et à la superette en 2 min à pieds, plage à 5 min à pieds. Propriétaires très gentils, avenants et discrets. Je vous conseille pleinement cette location. Merci à Jean et Christyane pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons certainement l'année prochaine.

L'appartement est fidèle à la description et aux photos fournies. Personnellement j'ai beaucoup aimé la chambre parentale qui a beaucoup de charme. Toutes les commodités sont prévues, je proposerai peut être juste la présence d'un canapé dans l'espace Salon. Je remercie les propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse, et leurs conseils. La plage est accessible très facilement et l'environnement d'un calme très appréciable. Le marché nocturne et ses animations nocturnes sont sympas. Et il est facile de rejoindre Toulon en Bateau bus. Une visite à ne pas manquer : l'île de Porquerolles accessible par le quai de La Seyne sur Mer. J'ai adoré mon séjour et reviendrai avec GRAND plaisir ! 😉

Séjour mitigé...

Propriétaires très acceuillants et disponibles pour donner des infos sur les sorties à faire et les lieux à voir. Appartement un peu sombre ( 1 petite fenetre dans la pièce a vivre et 1 autre dans la chambre parentale, pas de fenetre dans la chambre des enfants) mais bien équipé. Gros point noir du séjour, la route très passante qui longe la maison et empèche les sièstes sur transat et de dormir la fenetre ouverte. La plage accessible à pied est longue mais très etroite, pour les plus belles plages et les animations il faut prendre la voiture. Le terrain exterieur mis a notre disposition est le parking des propriétaires et il n'est pas cloturé ce n'est pas très sécurisant avec des enfants.
