Large cottage 1-bedroom 1-bath, located in the prestigious Alameda Gold Coast neighborhood, close to the Oakland Airport, minutes walk to the beach, easy transportation to San Francisco by ferry, bart, or bus, near Oakland Coliseum and Oracle Arena, conveniently located with coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores. Next to Crown beach with spectacular view of San Francisco.

The space
The cottage is the back unit of a Gorgeous Victoria house. It is updated and decorated with French Country theme, with a private yard and outdoor dining and seating area. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and welcoming. Cottage is equipped with high speed internet (free wifi), flat screen TV, and wash/dryer.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage and the garden.
Interaction with guests
I am a very easy going person. Every guest will be respected and be cared for during their stay. Absolutely no problem if you break a dish, a glass, or accidentally scratch a table or spill something on the carpet. Things are meant to be used and guests should live freely during their visit.

Party is not allowed and quiet time is 9:30pm.

This is a quiet and cozy place to stay in Alameda, which has a lot to offer: restaurants parks, sunsets.The apartment is bright and the beds, sleeps 4 easily, comfy. Extra pillows, blankets, and towels makes everything nice.I would definitely stay again when in the area.

We really enjoyed this separate cottage at the back of a lovely Victorian home. It’s located on a quiet street about a 10-15 minute walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. We would come back again.

The cottage in Alameda exceeded expectations in every way: Light and airy inside, a good-sized bath off the bedroom with a large living room work area in the front of the hone. Updates to the kitchen make it a pleasure for cooking and eating. Even a washer and dryer for us to wash clothes and the sheets at the end of our first week of stay. Nearby coffee shop on Central Ave with Webster St. services within walking distance. Five stars all around.
