Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert und immer zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Bildern, sehr toll eingerichtet und alles da, was man braucht. Der Garten ein Traum- wild gelassen, aber sehr gepflegt. Unser Hund hat sich ebenfalls sehr wohl gefühlt.(Grundstück komplett eingezäunt) Auto kann man getrost stehen lassen, direkt vor der Haustür gibt es tolle Wander-/Spaziergangmöglichkeiten. Statt Autos hört man Vogelgezwitscher. Ein Traum :) Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Ein wunderbares Haus

Dieses Ferienhaus ist in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet - die Bilder von Jean Claude geben jedem Raum eine besondere Note - und perfekt renoviert. Es hat eine excellent eingerichtete kleine Küche, zugänglich vom Wohnzimmer aus, zwei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem WC, eine separate Dusche. Auf jeder Etage ein Raum, und alle verbunden durch eine Wendeltreppe. Unvergleichlich ist die Lage: Oberhalb des Ortes Usson, mit einem fantastischen Blick über das Dorf hinweg in die Weite einer abwechsungsreichen Landschaft und weit im Hintergrund die Berge des Zentralmassivs mit dem Puy de Dome. Fantastische Sonnenuntergänge sind garantiert. Es ist fantastisch ruhig - abgesehen von ein paar Touristen, die gelegentlich das Dorf und die romanische Kirche aus dem XII Jahrhundert besichtigen. Jede Etage hat eine eigene Terasse. Auf der mittleren kann man unter einem Pflaumenbaum morgens frühstücken, abends tafeln und bei gutem Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen. Issoire und Sauxillanges wenige Kilometer entfernt haben große Supermärkte zum Einkaufen. Wer die wunderschöne abwechslungsreiche vulkanische Landschaft der Auvergne erkunden möchte, hat hier ein ideales Standquartier für viele Unternehmungen. Und wer sich für die Romanik der Auvergne interessiert - in vielem ganz anders als die von Burgund, hat hier eine unerschöpfliche Fundgrube. Orcival, St. Nectaire, Brioude, Issoire sind nur die bekannteren Orte. Im Haus liegen viele Bücher und Schriften mit Routen und Anregungen. Wir haben dort vier wundervolle Wochen verbracht und danken Jean Claude und Fabienne herzlich für Ihre Gastfreundschaft.

La région, le temps, Jean-Claude et son épouse, très accueillant, charmant et toujours prêt à vous aider. Une très bonne reusite pour l'arrengement, aussi bien l'intérieur que l'extérieure. La salle de bien, WC's, les matelas, etc., etc. De toute façon, je jour ou nous serons de retour dans la région, ce sera chez Kermilo, sans doute. Encore une fois, merci. Marie & Paul

Schönes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht und ruhiger Umgebung

Altes Gemäuer auf einem Burgberg am obersten Ende des Dorfes. Innen komplett neu, sehr gut und gediegen ausgestattet. Geschmackvoll dekoriert, auch mit den künstlerischen Landschafts-Fotos des Besitzers. Zimmer auf drei Etagen, jede Etage mit eigenem Ausgang am Hang und eigener Terrasse. Innen durch eine offene Metall-Wendeltreppe verbunden. Wohnzimmer in der Mitte, kleine, perfekt ausgestattete Küche auf einer Zwischenetage neben dem Wohnzimmer (mit Schlafsofa). Schlafzimmer oben und unten, beide mit WC und Waschbecken, oberes mit zusätzlicher Dusche. Außen urige Steinstufen am Steilhang, passend zur Umgebung. Schön für Naturfreunde, aber für Gäste mit Behinderungen und Kleinkinder ungeeignet. Enge, steile Gassen, keine Geschäfte (nächste gut 5 km entfernt.) Herrliche Ruhe, keine Autos, keine lauten Nachbarn. Touristen -Parkplatz und Restaurant weiter unten im Dorf. Kaum Anliegerverkehr. Der freundliche, ruhige Besitzer wohnt mit Familie gleich unterhalb. (Trotz unserer mangelhaften Sprachkenntnisse kamen wir gut klar.) Für uns war fast alles perfekt, nur das WLAN hatte selten Kontakt zum Internet. Dafür gutes Funknetz (mit LTE).

Gîte dans un des plus beau village de France. Propre et très bien décoré, il vous fera passer un excellent moment. Vue panoramique, avec ses 3 terrasses, il donne un vrai sentiment de liberté. Propriétaire disponible et de très bon conseil. Avec l'extension en travaux d'une chambre en plus, le gîte n'en sera que plus agréable (actuellement 2 belles chambres et un canapé convertible). À recommander chaudement!!!

Wunderschön

Viel besser kann es eigentlich nicht sein. Die Lage über der Ebene gegenüber von Issoire ist unglaublich schön und es gibt nach einem schönen Wandertag nichts erholsameres als auf einer der 3 schönen Terrassen zu sitzen. Der gesamte Zustand des Hauses ist sehr gut und auch die Ausstattung ist außergewöhnlich. Das beste jedoch sind die beiden Schlafzimmer mit einem unvergleichlichen Blick über Usson und das mittlere Zentralmasiv. Wir werden gerne einmal wiederkommen. Ulrich
