Independent 19th century village house of 70 m2 atypical organized on 3 floors and renovated in 2018. You will enjoy the charm of the river The Couze Pavin flowing in front of the house and the village of St Floret which is part of the "small cities of character" thanks to its castle, its 2 churches, its rock-cut rock tombs, its ossuary and its source "the lion's head".

You will enjoy a break on the terrace at 25 m in the impasse of the cottage and a hangar motorcycle, bicycle, fishing rods ...

Ground floor: entrance hall (helmets, strollers, shoes ...) laundry with washing machine dryer, kitchen equipped with dish towels and dish washer.
Available: raclette grill, on request electric pancake maker, croque-monsieur / waffle maker, chocolate fountain

1st floor: 1 bedroom bed 140, bathroom, separate toilet

2nd floor: children's corner with 1 bedroom 2 beds 90x200 and small cozy lounge with games society, magazines and books for children

3rd floor: beautiful parental suite of 17 m2 done up in the roofs with sight on the river, bed 160X200, shower, separated TOILET

At 200m you will find a bread distributor

Several options:
OPTION 1: rental of sheets at € 5 per bed
OPTION 2: beds made on arrival at 10 € per bed
OPTION 3: cleaning fee 20 € end of stay
OPTION 4: breakfast at 5 € per person (to reserve the day before at the latest)
OPTION 5: Gourmet platter Auvergnate (charcuterie, country cheese) at € 20 per person for 2 (to be booked the day before at the latest)
OPTION 6: red, rosé or white country wine at 13 € per bottle (to order)
OPTION 7: sophro ride at 10 € per person instead of 15 € for all ages (children over 10 years old)
OPTION 8: weekend reconnection and healing at 150 € per person and 270 € per couple (for more information on this option, see my website lamaisondemika.

For your very short stays of only 1 night the option PACKAGE CLEANING of 20 € is advised because in the case where the household would not be done at the beginning, it would be charged 60 € by my service provider and this amount would be deducted from your deposit. Ditto from two nights.

1 pet is accepted at the cottage ONLY with my authorization. I rely on pet owners to clean all traces of their presence (hair, nose on windows, footprints ...) tenants after you could be allergic ...
Any animal without my authorization will be charged € 5 per day during your stay.

For more comfort all rooms are equipped with 220X240 duvets for 2 large beds and 150X200 for 2 small beds.
