Beautiful house five minutes from stunning lake

Lovely big house and enjoyed our stay there. Clean and bright. Garden and grass all around the house and nice decking to sit outside. Was on the main road which we didnt realise but it wasnt that busy and didnt stop our enjoyment of staying there.

Chalet avec installations récentes, situation très agréable avec un espace extérieur appréciable. Notre séjour un peu trop court s'est très bien passé. Les chambres offrent un bel espace et les deux S de B avec 2 toilettes séparées sont un plus non négligeable. Adresse à retenir.

Le logement est top. Situé à proximité de très belles randonnées. L'espace de vie est idéal, la cuisine est très bien équipée. Les literies sont très confortables. A l'extérieur, une très belle terrasse avec une vue dégagée sur la montagne. Seul bémol, la proximité de la route qui est très touristique. Les ronrons des motos, des voitures et des campings cars nous ont bercé pendant nos siestes au soleil ( pas de bruit la nuit). Je recommande !

Nous avons loué le gîte pour 4 couples, en arrivant on se débrouille. On a le code pour récupérer la clé et après aucune consigne mais lors de l'état des lieux de sortie on nous fait voir que sur une étagère il y a les indications pour la location. Le logement est vieillissent. Un store de velux dans une chambre est bloqué par des vis, dans une autre les portes de placards sont impossible à manœuvrer, dans une autre la façade du tiroir de la commode vous reste dans les mains. La table extérieure bouge énormément, le parasol est cassé. Deux rouleaux de PQ pour 8 pour les trois jours c'est plus que juste, et un seul sac de poubelle... Et le personnel qui gère le ménage de fin de séjour n'est pas aimable du tout. Sinon la location est très bien située, dans un environnement calme.

Gut ausgestattetes gemütliches, geräumiges Ferienhaus. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, mit Rädern schnell am See. Vor Ort (in Chambon sur Lac) gibt es einen Bäcker und ein empfehlenswertes Bistro. Schön war, dass wir die Fahrräder in der Garage sicher abstellen konnten. Organisation der Endreinigung war etwas kompliziert, insbesondere für uns mit rudimentären Französisch-Kenntnissen. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: Internet war schwach und viel oft komplett aus und die Haustür klemmte stark.

Un coin tranquille a la montagne

Jolie location très spacieuse pour 8 personnes avec de très belles chambres, et un super poêle à bois. En 25 min nous sommes sur les pistes et en 3 min au bord du lac... Très bon sejour
