Large Home on 5 Private Acres, Hot Tub with Mountain Views, Epic Sledding Hill!

Beautiful mountain home with panoramic mountain views, located on 5 private acres. Home sleeps 14 and features 5 bedrooms and 3 newly renovated baths, along with a recently remodeled kitchen with granite counters and a magnificent wood-burning fireplace. Relax in the hot tub under the stars after a day of skiing or hiking. Park and store your gear in the 4-car garage. Our retreat is only two miles from downtown Fraser and 12 minutes to Winter Park ski area.

Our home offers a perfect setup for family reunions or vacations with multiple families. The home was professionally styled by Sunny Circle Studio and offers new, modern furnishings throughout.

FIRST FLOOR
You'll enter the home through the large, open-plan kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee maker, teakettle, and crock pot.

There's plenty of space to relax and enjoy a drink or a meal. The counter island seats four, and the dining table seats 12. There's also a lounge seating area and wood-burning fire place in the kitchen.

This floor has two bedrooms, a full bath, and a full-size washer and dryer.

SECOND FLOOR
The upstairs has a spacious family room with numerous areas for your group to hang out. A large leather sectional faces a flat-screen smart TV. Four lounge chairs are nestled around the wood-burning fireplace. There's a selection of games and a table ready for a round of checkers or a puzzle.

This level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Bunk Room: 2 twin over twin bunk beds - sleeps 4 (note: the top bunks are only for children)

OUTDOORS
Our home sits on five private acres that provides a quiet, scenic respite for your group.

The large top deck features panoramic mountain views and has patio furniture with plenty of seating. The walkout lower level patio has a private hot tub, an outdoor dining table, and a gas grill.

In the warmer months, enjoy a bonfire at our large outdoor fire pit. In the winter, our long, sloping driveway is perfect for sledding.

GARAGE
The house has a 4-car garage that offers plenty of room for storing your ski gear and parking vehicles of all sizes.

Great family spot

This place was great for our family to host thanksgiving. The house is a great layout with 2 big common areas and the kitchen was perfect for cooking. The location was great relative to everything and the hosts were very welcoming and accommodating.

Great skiing home base

Our extended family of 14 stayed here the week after Christmas. The house was great for our mix of people who skied and some who enjoyed time in the mountains. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation

This property was everything it said in the listing. Good size for 8 adults and 4 kids. Owners were exceptionally good in communication. Very close to Winter Park, and many, many other activities that are within an hour drive or less. 10 minutes from a great grocery store and many food options. Highly recommend this property.

Great House

Loved our stay. The house was roomy, we had 14 and didn't feel like we were on top of each other. I enjoyed the mornings and evenings on both balconies, plenty of patio furniture. The neighborhood is quiet and we had plenty of privacy. We all enjoyed the big kitchen and it was well stocked with pans and utensils. I would stay again and recommend this lovely house.

Great Location

We had an awesome stay here. Plenty of room for two families with children. Beautiful mountain view’s around whole house. And plenty of room for indoor/outdoor activities. Sleds in garage were a welcome surprise and blast to play with in the sloped driveway. Location is perfect! Great spot for a winter vacation. Everything is close by around 10 min or so from house.

Family escape

Our family met at this lovely house to escape the heat. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the space and privacy the property offered. It was helpful to have the large garage, driveway, patio, fire pit, and more. This was a great house for kids, complete with bunkbeds, books, toys, high chair, and baby gate for the stuff. The hosts were communicative and helpful. 5 stars.

We had a great time during our week in Fraser. The house was perfect for our large group of 14. Steve and Becky were wonderful to work with. We had a problem with the grill and Steve personally brought a new grill the next day! Beautiful views and awesome location!

Overall a great place! Loved the location. The sleeping arrangements and house layout worked great for our 14 family members. Two minor disappointments- lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms and the firepit location was not really cleared out enough to use (it was overgrown). Even with the minor issues, I would definitely recommend!

Great home for Fraser!

We loved staying at this house. It was comfortable and had everything three families with 7 children needed. Steve was super responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would definitely stay here again, the views were great and the neighborhood is very conveniently located.

Great location, close to winter park, great views, loved the fireplaces and the hot tub. Nice kitchen and plenty of space to spread out. Some of the beds need new mattresses and pillows. Mostly clean but needed dusting throughout, this didn’t bother us though.

AMAZING Location & views

This was our first family / group trip to the CO mountains & it was AMAZING. This rental fit our 3 families perfectly (4, 4, and 5) - 6 adults, 7 kids. Steve & Becky we're super responsive / easy to communicate with & the instructions for check in / out were very easy to follow. This rental was PERFECTLY located near the grocery, restaurants, and excursions. Being able to send the kids out in the snow to play & or hot tub made for plenty of options beyond in-doors. This VRBO had MORE than we expected in terms of supplies, towels, fire pit, etc. We can't wait to come back to Fraser - thanks for helping provide us a seamless trip!

Great house for fun get-away!

Great house and trip overall. Fully stocked kitchen was great, and all beds are extremely comfortable! Views are beautiful, and the house is located very conveniently to stores, ski area, sledding, snow mobiling, etc. The layout was a little weird in that while cooking/putting out food is where everyone wants to hang out, the big family room/seating area is upstairs and the kitchen is downstairs. But that's the only small critique we would have.

Fabulous Family Home!

Our family loved this well equipped home. We had a 2 and 4 yr old with us and it was so nice to have accommodations that were kid friendly - added bonus of porta crib, step stools, toys and books. The house is spacious and had amazing views. It's a convientnet location but very quiet. Thank you!

Amazing Views!

Amazing views of Byers Peak, WP Resort and Bear Claw all while sitting next to the fire in the great room. The house exceeded our expectations. Big kitchen, big great room, nice big hot tub, a couple fireplaces and comfy beds. The house helped make our vacation wonderful!
