Our beautiful 2900 Square foot home is the perfect combination of elegance and comfort so your family can enjoy our home the way we do! Our home sleeps 16 people with tons of space for quality time.

This property is located just one minute to downtown Winter Park where you can enjoy World Class downhill skiing and snowboarding at the Winter Park/Mary Jane Ski Resort. Please see nightly minimums below!
Beautiful home in great proximity to the mountain to enjoy World Class Skiing and tubing in the Wintertime. Located on the bike path to enjoy a short walk or ride into town during the warmer months. Take in a concert at the park, a festival in town or just enjoy dinner out!

Our home features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. King bed in the master with a private bathroom, and two queen bedrooms share a full bath. Above the attached garage is a second master with 2 sets of full over full bunks, and new pull-out sleeper sofa and private bathroom. There is also a room on the main level with a queen bed, and access to a full bathroom for folks who prefer main level living.

House features extensive hardwood flooring, granite countertops, stone accents, and high-end furnishings. Relax at the end of the day in the private hot tub or kick your feet up by the fireplace.

The kitchen is a chef's delight with granite countertops, hickory cabinetry, and stainless appliances. We even provide a waffle maker, coffee pot, griddle, and roasting pan for your Thanksgiving Turkey.

Main Level:
Walking into the lower level from side door near garage:
Bathroom 1: to your right upon walking in full bathroom
Linen: linen closet located across from bathroom
Bedroom 1: Door from bathroom leads into the queen bedroom, 2 side tables and a lamp, a lounging chair and 5 drawer dresser.
Patio: sliding doors from queen bedroom #1 out to the hot tub, gas powered grill, and chair/tables seats 6.
Dining: queen bedroom opens to dining area or enter through kitchen, large dining table that seats 8
Kitchen: Island with 3 bar stools, built in desk, Jennair fridge, double panel sink, Frigidaire dishwasher, 4 burner gas stove, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender
Living: if coming from back of house, continue through dining area to access living area (all open space/connected) – if entering through front door, immediately to your left.

Laundry: located at the top of the stairs to your right, stackable washer dryer

Bedroom 3: queen bedroom located at end of hallway, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, leather chair, 2 door sliding closet, chest with 5 drawers.
Bedroom 4: queen bedroom, 2 side tables 2 lamps, leather chair, dresser and 2 door sliding closet.

All Winter Park House properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3–4-night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker (Keurig and standard), cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances (griddle, crock pot, blender, food processor, rice cooker and waffle maker).

Rental Rules:

1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By signing this contract, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

Important to note-
Our home is equipped with noise/smoke sensors. Exterior cameras are also present.
