• Mountain home with four bedrooms, three and a half baths beautifully designed and furnished in a rustic mountain fashion located in Fraser, a 15-minute drive from the Winter Park Ski Resort. There is a free shuttle bus service (The Lift (theliftwp.com) to the resort. The bus stop is a 4-minute walk from the front door.
• On the lower level there is an 8-person hot tub. A great way to relax after spending the day in the mountains.
• The cabin has a portable crib, Graco Pack-N-Play, Graco highchair and baby gates, for families are traveling with toddlers or infants.
• Winter Activities: Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow mobile trails, snow shoeing, ice skating and tubing.
• Summer Activities: Mountain biking, hiking, white water river rafting, golf, horseback riding, outdoor concerts and activities for all ages at Winter Park Resort.
• The great room on the main floor features hardwood flooring, a log staircase to the second floor, vaulted ceiling, and a fireplace; all coming together to help create a cozy atmosphere to share time with family and friends.
• The views of the Rockies, the ski resort and beautiful sunsets from the great room or the deck are incredible. The great room has a Smart TV/Sonos sound bar.
• The great room includes a fully equipped kitchen with every modern cooking tool needed to create that prefect meal for family and friends. The deck off the great room has a Weber gas grill and chairs.
• The main floor master bedroom suite has a queen bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second-floor master bedroom suite has a queen bed, private bathroom with a whirlpool tub/shower.
• The lower level includes a family room with a queen sleeper sofa, a 65" Smart TV/Sonos sound bar great for family movie nights.
• The lower level has two large bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.
• There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Great host, great location, great layout, great views. We thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay with our adult children, their significant others and our three grandkids. Plenty of room for all to sleep comfortably. The private hot tub, two living rooms, very well stocked kitchen with quality pans, dishes, etc. and gas grill on the deck made meal prep easy. Easy access to WP/MJ ski areas. we lucked out and got a foot of new powder for our last day of skiing. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful home for our family of 6! Loved that the host provided some of the simple things like coffee, ketchup etc. Everything was clean and welcoming! Contact with host was answered very timely! Towels for the hot tub specifically was a nice touch!

We had the best stay!! We absolutely loved exploring Fraser and winter park. We attended a wedding at devils thumb ranch and the drive was super easy. The house was super cute, very clean and worked perfectly for our needs with our 2 little kids. Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Very comfortable and well equipped. Nice hot tub. Great view. Very spacious. Snow condition where poor but it was early season , but we enjoyed great hiking near by. Safeway conveniently located. We walked there twice 25 min.5min by car. The only minor flaw was the shower head in the Master bedroom first floor.

Wish we were there longer to truly enjoy the area and spend more time sitting in the family room, on the deck, and/or in the hot tub to enjoy the beautiful view and time with each other. The views of the Rocky Mountains and the surrounding area simply magnificent. The sunsets are extraordinary. The Cabins at Porcupine Ridge is a very quiet neighborhood with only 31 single family homes. It is a beautiful enclave located within Winter Park Ranch in Fraser.

What makes this property unique

Being on the bus route makes your trip to the ski area hassle free. You come home to a very spacious and cozy mountain cabin. Enjoy the hot tub and snuggle up by the fireplace with your family and friends. The lower level with two bedrooms, full bathroom and complete entertainment center is ideal for families with children and young adults. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare great meals. The dining table which accommodates 10 allows for wonderful meals and sharing everyone's daily experiences.
