What a beautiful location! The layout of the property was perfect for us to spread out for sleeping quarters with privacy, and then have a wonderful combined kitchen dining living room for us to enjoy each other’s company. The kitchen was well stocked and we made some beautiful home-cooked meals. Thank you for sharing your mountain retreat. It was the perfect location for a our family to meet up!
A great 4 day weekend. Property locarion was fantastic. Had a back door where we could step right out and venture into the white wonderland. Sledding hill was added bonus. All the adults loved having their own bedroom suite. Hot tub full and clean. Kitchen well stocked.
The cabin was incredible and skiing was amazing. The kids played in the back yard snow and sledding. Really fun place to stay and felt very private being the end unit with no places directly behind the cabin. Thanks for sharing such an amazing place!
We enjoyed this property and all that it had to offer! There was more than enough space for our two-family group. The kids loved the sledding hill right outside the back door! The location wasn’t bad, it was close enough to the resort, restaurants and the grocery store. If we ever get to enjoy Winter Park again we’d love to rent this property!

Comfortable home
We had a quick weekend stay in this spacious, comfortable townhouse. There was a problem with the hot tub and owner was very responsive. Great view from family room and deck. Comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked. Hot tub in private setting with great view.
I really hate writing reviews but I felt I needed to. We had a very nice stay at this house. The owners were very nice and got back to use immediately when there were questions or concerns. We arrived at night and it was kinda hard to see the numbers. But we found it. Inside is very homey. You feel very relaxed here. Rooms are big and it was awesome having so many bathrooms. Two of the tubs needed a little extra cleaning. But over all bathrooms were very clean. We had issues with three toilets clogging with one overflowing. Not fun. Especially when we had to use pretty much every towel in the house to wipe up the water. Some of the towels that we were given to use had bleach stains and discoloration along with some having musty smells. It might of been because the dryer has only one setting that works to dry. Which at first was annoying. Once we were told what to do then the dryer stayed on. A note on how it works would be good. Now my biggest issue with this place was the cleanliness of what you see at eye leaves and up. Dust everywhere, mirrors not clean, curtains could stand on there own. Dust on the pictures, walls and ceilings. I’ve never seen so much in a rental. When I pointed it out to the owners. Their reply was hard to find someone to clean. Well then I guess they will have to do it. If you are allergic to dust you will have an issue. I do feel confident that sometime in the future these issues will be fixed. And they will get this dust issue under control.
This multi-bedroom townhome is a great option for a family reunion. Our children with infants had excellent rooms so we could all spread out as needed and collect for meals and games in the spacious kitchen/living room. So nice to enjoy a private hot tub after skiing and great to park 2 cars in the garage and hang our ski gear to dry. Host was super responsive and we highly recommend this VRBO.
We traveled as a family group and we loved the property. There was plenty of room for everyone.
The property was in a great location. The kids had room to play and the adults had room to hang out. We will definitely be back!

A little ragged
We were coming in after a few other previous guests must have been out of control. Some stains on a mattress, broken furniture and other minor cleanliness issues. The manager/owner was pretty amazing though and acting quickly to get the hot tub back and running for the rest of our stay and we were very grateful.
We loved the stay. The property had plenty of space for 10 people, 5 adults and 5 kids. It was well stocked of everything needed, including towels, kitchen utensils, soap, shampoo, paper, etc.
We loved the hill in the backyard which was full of snow in late March. The kids had blast sliding down from it. The jacuzzi was another highlight of the trip.
The property is located within minutes of Winter Garden, and very close to a supermarket, liquor store, and gas stations.
We did run into issues finding the property using Google Maps. Use these coordinates instead: 39.94375333814112, -105.79207840159872.
Ignore the key lock on the left hand side of the main door. Instead unlock the door using the keypad on the front door. It can be found on the right hand side, on top of the door knob. To activate it place your hand on the pad itself for a moment to get anything to light up to enter the code. I recommend you get there before nighttime.
We were very impressed with the property during our stay! Each room had something unique. The balcony room had an amazing view (although you could hear everything in the livingroom), the master had a spacious room with a big TV, downstairs had a quieter more secluded feel, and the loft was a neat place for the kiddos to hangout. I will say, the keypad on the front door had us stumped at first, but to activate we had to place our hand on the pad itself for a moment to get anything to light up to enter the code.
The house had anything you could think of or need. From games, to sleds and skis, and we even found a couple birthday candles in a drawer! We had 11 of us and there was plenty of room to spread out and not feel suffocated by one another. If we ever return to the area I would definitely consider staying there again!
*the heated floors and hot tub were our favorite parts of the home!
We all enjoyed the stay. Thought the property was a very good location with a great view.
All the family was happy since there was a bathroom for every bedroom. The house was very well stocked with everything that is necessary and what we needed. If we would ever go back, we would definitely try to stay at this place again.
This was a wonderful cabin up in the mountains in Fraser. It was perfect for our family and the friends we had joining us on our adventure. Every room has it’s own bathroom and there was plenty of space to stretch out, relax, eat, hang out and enjoy each other’s company.
A bit of a drive to get to RMNP, but we didn’t mind at all because it was a beautiful drive.
Clean, convenient, and comfy. And the couple of questions we had for the host were answered super quick.
We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends/family headed to the area.

The "text" sent to me did not include the wi-fi information, nor check-in/check-out. We truly enjoyed our time together here! However, there were some items the host might want to take care of: some window cranks were not functioning properly and windows remained open, ceiling fan/light and gas fireplace in bedroom overlooking lvgrm were not functioning. Trash was found under beds, greasy stove. If these items get addressed, it would rank "Excellent!" in our review. We'll give it another try in the future! (A hard copy of wi'fi code, check-in/out directions would be handy.)
5 of us needed a home base in this area for a weekend of fly-fishing and this rental fit the bill. Close enough to Fraser for groceries, restaurants and breweries, but the end unit and neighborhood makes it feel much more removed from the township w/o getting too far into the sticks. Had all the creature comforts and room for everyone to get their own bed. Lots of stairs, lots of room, so everyone had a good share of privacy just in case someone snores up a storm. Comfy couches, great balcony w/ a superb mountain view and a hot tub to soak the bones after a long day's adventure or early morning wake up. Garage was great for drying out gear and staging for the day's activities. Definitely would stay here again.
