Facing South and West with a plot of 300 m2 fully enclosed and protected from view. wooden house with a main room with open kitchen and counter, toilet on the ground floor, a floor with 3 bedrooms of 140 and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Large covered terrace about 40m ² with space ext sink, plancha and BBQ, hammock, sofa of outside and big table.
Enclosed garden approx 300m and outdoor shower

Extremely friendly and comitted landlord with a very nice looking house and veranda located in the centre of the beautiful Montalivet, nevertheless being very calm. No complaints, everything just perfect. Thanks, Flo!!

Parfait !

La station de Montalivet est animée et familiale et cette jolie maison en bois récente est idéalement placée pour en profiter ! Les commerces, les restaurants et le marché le plus sympa de la côte sont à deux pas mais ne génèrent malgré tout aucune nuisance. L’océan est au bout de la rue et tout est accessible à pied ou à vélo. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût, bien équipée et propose un espace extérieur idéal pour profiter du grand air : la terrasse couverte abrite une cuisine d’été une grande table et un canapé. Tout a été parfait !

Sehr individuell, sehr schön, central und trotzdem ruhig

Das Haus im Zentrum von Montalivet, der schöne Markt in 1Minute zu Fuß erreichbar, verfügt über 3 kleine aber schöne und praktisch eingerichtete Schlafzimmer im OG, wo sich auch das kleine, mit einer tollen Dusche gut ausgestattete Badezimmer befindet. Im UG ein offener Wohn- und Kochbereich mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche, einer Außenküche mit Gasgrill und einem großen Esstisch, einer Hängematte und einer sehr gemütlichen Außencouch. Der Außenbereich ist überdacht, das Grundstück ist uneinsehbar mit einem Holzzaun umgeben, es sind Kräuter und Tomaten zum Ernten angepflanzt, außerdem gibt es eine Außendusche. Der Außenbereich ist mit Kies ausgelegt. Die Vermieterin ist am Wochenende im Anbau da, ist bei Fragen und Auskünften da, ansonsten ist man dort ganz für sich. Das Haus ist ganz neu, sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Verschiedene Bäcker, der Markt und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso alle Geschäfte und Restaurants. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist mit Charme und Witz eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl!!! Gerne wieder!!!
