About this property

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE WOOD 6 PERS. NEAR OCEAN (33)

We rent our cottage facing southwest, (+ terrace of 20m2), with bicycles available, on a plot of 500m2 very quiet for the season July, August and September. 9 km (10 minutes drive) from the nearest beach (VENSAC OCEAN) and 10 km of 2 Naturist centers and thalassotherapy center EURONAT and CHM, in a quiet and charming village
with a night market very friendly Thursday. A small supermarket is open every day of the week. A bike path that leads you to the ocean is situated 100m from the house. A 3 km, the village of St Vivien with a market every Wednesday morning.
the cottage comprises the ground floor:
- A laundry room with storage and washing machine;
- A kitchen with a dishwasher, a built-in oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, an induction hob with extractor hood, a multifunction microwave oven (convection, grill ...) and many cupboards with all the necessary kitchen equipment;
- A seating area with sofa-bed (2 people 140 cm), coffee table and chair;
- A bedroom with a bed 2 people in 160 cm with TV, bedside tables and storage;
- A design bathroom with toilet, sink and vanity unit, walk-in shower.

Upstairs in the loft:
- A bed 2 people in 140 cm with bedside table and storage space.
Note that the duvets and pillows are provided for 3 beds.

Outside :
- A very nice larch terrace of 20m2 with table and benches
- Plot of 500 m2 in a quiet location near a very little road with a large drying rack for linen.
3 bicycles are at your disposal for free
Cleaning is not included in the service, the tenant agrees to make the cottage in perfect condition.
Sheets and towels are not included in the rental.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Télétravail possible avec 4G orange ou bouygue. La location est telle que décrite. Très propre, un calme absolu, le propriétaire est présent dès votre arrivée. Je recommande sans réserve. Peut être bien pour un couple et deux enfants. La mer a 10km en 15 minutes .

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Sehr schönes, kleines Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Störend fanden wir nur, dass das sehr enge Elternschlafzimmer über keinen Schrank (nur über ein kleines Regal) verfügt hat. Der Duschkopf der Regendusche hat leider nicht funktioniert, so dass man nur mit der Handbrause duschen konnte. Grillbesteck für den neu gemauerten Kohlegrill wären auch toll. Ansonsten ist alles erforderliche vorhanden. Check-In und Check-Out waren super, auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett mit und hilfsbereit.

We are a family of 5 people. We have three 23, 20 and 12-year-old children.
We built this chalet in the municipality of Vensac because we know well the village. For more than 30 years, we regularly come to cross(spend) our weekend in a caravan which is at present in a situated campsite(camping) Vensac because we like very much the ocean, our son is a surfer and the youngest daughter(last one) is called Ocean.
The chalet was largely built by my husband, there was a lot of work but we are very proud of the result(profit).

Why they chose this property

We wish to share it a lot of exception situated in the Médoc, the region of wines and spirits, region which remains still saved(spared) by the massive constructions with magnificent and wild places as the estuary of the Gironde and its fishermen's huts.
