In an enclosed park with trees, the spacious and comfortable house welcomes you to enjoy a great holiday in peace. American kitchen and very bright living room overlooking the park encourage you to good meals, flat screen TV TNT and German channels,
2 rooms equipped with bedding of 140cm and a room with a bed of 160 for good nights of rest. The bathroom equally nice with 2 sinks, a large mirror and a shower to cool off the beach day .The washing machine and dryer are in the cellar you will find a few games (balls, rackets, etc.)
The garden room under the terrace, can be moved to your liking in the park in the shade of a tree of your choice .Des sun for a nap at your disposal. Feel free to use the barbecue.
For sports -ball a volleyball net is installed in the park and table tennis is on the cement terrace.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Vensac verbracht. Tolles Ferienhaus mit sehr schönem Grundstück mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Wir sind sehr herzlich von der Vermieterin begrüßt worden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Je ne regrette rien :-)

Nous étions sur place fin août / début septembre. Le bungalow se trouve sur un terrain de (au moins) 1000 m² très bien entretenu. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut disponible, ce qui rend le séjour agréable : un grand terrain de volley-ball avec filet, une table de ping-pong avec accessoires, des boules de pétanque en acier inoxydable, des chaises longues, des arbres pour faire de l'ombre, de belles places assises à l'extérieur, etc. La maison elle-même est entièrement aménagée. Ce n'est pas un simple objet de rendement par les vacances. On sent que quelqu'un a habité ici lui-même, comme il voulait habiter. Rien ne nous a manqué. L'Épicerie se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied de la maison et propose un bon assortiment de produits. de produits de boulangerie, de produits laitiers, de fruits/légumes et d'articles ménagers. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'aller à Soulac s. mer pour survivre, mais bien sûr, certaines choses y sont un peu moins chères et plus variées. D'un autre côté, on va de toute façon plus souvent à Soulac et ses environs, car il y a tout simplement de superbes plages de sable. Avec des enfants en bas âge, il vaut mieux aller à la plage centrale de Soulac. (vagues très modérées), les plus grands s'amuseront à l'Amélie Plage, située un peu plus au sud, ou même au Gurp, où l'on a vraiment l'impression d'être dans l'Atlantique. Un bon séjour dans le Medoc

Nous avons passé une excellent séjour dans cette location La maison est très calme, bien équipée sur un très grand terrain arboré Sur le terrain on trouve des transats , une table de ping-pong, un terrain de badminton ( les raquettes et d autres jeux d extérieur sont fournis) Les plages ne sont pas trop éloignées, le jeudi il est possible de se restaurer de façon agréable et conviviale au marché nocturne qui se trouve à 5 minutes à pied Si vous aimez le calme, les grandes plages dans un espace confort vous serez comblés dans cette location.

Gute Zeit in ruhiger Lage im Médoc

Das gut ausgestattete Haus liegt auf einem sehr großen Grundstück zentral und gleichzeitig sehr ruhig in dem kleinen Ort. Ein Supermarkt mit frischer Ware ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns herrlich erholt und hoffen, dass wir bald wieder kommen können.

Beaucoup de place !

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette maison agréable, pratique et spacieuse, au calme dans un très grand jardin. Belles balades à vélo vers les petits ports pittoresques côté Gironde, superbes baignades côté océan entre Montalivet et Soulac. Le tout pas bien loin, facile à rejoindre à bicyclette ou en voiture. Accueil très gentil de Madame Dabadie. Merci encore pour les pommes !

Propriétaire très accueillante, gentille et attentionnée. La maison est parfaite, grande, bien équipée pour faire la cuisine. Des tables et chaises sont disposées à plusieurs endroit du jardin pour manger là ou l'on veut avec ou sans soleil. Le jardin est grand, arboré et bien entretenu. Possibilité de jouer au badminton, tennis de table, pétanque et plus si affinité. En bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille.

Du bonheur

Si vous cherchez la tranquillité et du bonheur - ne cherchez plus. Le jardin est grand et offre plus qu'assez de place pour les enfants pour jouer et pour se reposer et respirer. La maison offre tout ce qu'il faut et la cuisine est moderne et très bien équipée. En voiture, l'océan est à 15 minutes et on trouve facilement des plages désertes. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et facile à contacter. Un grand merci à René et Nadine pour tout!

Die Unterkunft für den perfekten Familienurlaub

Wir waren im Juli 2018 für 10 Tage im Haus von Familie Dabadie. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war stets einwandfrei und auch trotz unserer (unbeabsichtigten) Verspätung um 2h am Anreisetag war der Empfang durch Mme Dabadie äußerst freundlich. Das Haus ist in tadellosem Zustand, vollständig ausgestattet und modern eingerichtet. Der Hit ist das große, komplett eingezäunte Grundstück mit viel Platz zum Spielen und Toben ohne Sorgenfalten für die Eltern. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, bis zum Meer sind es ca. 10 min mit dem Auto. Infrastruktur vor Ort genügt für den täglichen Bedarf, der örtliche Abendmarkt am Donnerstag ist auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Wir waren begeistert und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen! M. et Mme Dabadie, merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité extraordinaire!

Schönes Haus auf riesigem Grundstück

Wir haben in diesem geräumigen Haus alles gefunden, was wir für unsere 6-köpfige Familie brauchten. Das riesige Grundstück war ideal, um einen ruhigen Urlaub zu verbringen, Tischtennisplatte und Volleyballnetz sorgten für Abwechslung. Den Strand errreichte man in 10 Min. mit dem Auto - aber man konnte auch gut mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Die Lage am Ortsrand von Vensac ist ideal, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist um die Ecke. Die Vermieter waren zuvorkommend, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Für uns war alles perfekt. Wir kommen wieder - Albert R.

A deux minutes à pied de la superette. Idéal pour des vacances au calme. A 10 min en voiture des plages et des animations. La Gironde est une belle région à découvrir. La maison et le jardin sont spacieux et très bien entretenus.vous ne manquerez de rien en arrivant!! Idéal pour des vacances en famille avec enfants. Propriétaires très accueillant. Notre seul regret.... Les vacances sont finies!!!

Ein schönes, ruhiges Haus mit viel Platz

Das Haus in Vensac ist sehr schön und liegt in einem großen Garten. Wir hatten hier sehr schöne Ferien. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sauber, bietet viel Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es liegt wie beschrieben 8 km vom Ocean entfernt, mit dem Auto ist man aber recht zentral gelegen um verschiedene Orte zu besuchen.

Superbes vacances en famille

Maison bien située dans Vensac, près des commodités (La poste et supérette à 2 min à pieds, marché de St Vivien à 5 min en voiture ou celui de Montalivet à 10 min), près de la piste cyclable et à moins de 10 minutes de plusieurs plages en voiture sur lesquelles il est facile de se garer. Grand terrain agréable et ombragé, parfait pour le repos et les jeux. L'intérieur est propre, bien agencé, confortable pour une famille avec 5 enfants. Les caves de Pauillac et St Estèphe sont à 30 min.Location parfaite pour ceux qui recherchent le calme en étant proche de l'océan. Accueil agréable avec des propriétaires très sympathiques.
