Carnac, seaside resort renowned for its beautiful fine sand beaches and prehistoric site.



In the heart of Carnac-Plage, in a high-end residence with lift, sea view, in immediate proximity to the beach and shops, approximately 200m from the sailing club.



On the 4th and top floor, 25mÂČ studio with clear sea view, classified 2 stars, WIFI.

Entrance through a corridor leading to the bathroom with a washbasin, shower and adjacent independent toilet.

Living area with a kitchenette equipped with 4 electric hobs, a small refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and microwave.

Bar defining the living room/dining area furnished with a table and chairs, a bench (2 pull-out 90cm beds for 2 sleeping spaces), TV, 2 bay windows giving access to the loggia balcony with an unobstructed sea view.



WIFI.

Electric heating.

Private garage.

Small pet accepted (additional €25)



Arrival: 4pm-6pm Please notify in case of late arrival.

"Bonjour, c’était un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able avec une vue magnifique sur la grande plage de Carnac, du quatriĂšme Ă©tage ! Studio compte et propre, malgrĂ© le petit lit gigogne d’une personne ! Je propose par la suite une canapĂ©s-lits pour deux personnes, ayant aussi la possibilitĂ© de garder la tĂ©lĂ© ( et pas tomber du lit), mĂȘme si on est une seule personne ! "SĂ©jour 14-21/09/2024 bien agrĂ©able, avec la plage de sable blanc Ă  150m. Le studio est bien conforme Ă  la description de Bernard&Morgane. Pour les mĂ©galithes, Ă  voir Ă  pieds pour les marcheurs mais aussi accessibles par la ligne 1 du Breizhgo arrĂȘt Illertissen + 800m Ă  pieds + le bus cabriolet "Menhirs Tour" avec les commentaires que nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ©s. Sinon le petit train, le vĂ©lo, la bagnole... N'oubliez pas d'aller au marchĂ© St-Fiacre le dimanche aprĂšs votre arrivĂ©e, vous aurez tout ce qu'il faut pour apprĂ©cier la belle vue de la terrasse du 4Ăšme Ă©tage (le plus haut, le plus beau).
