Great location

My family and I wanted something on the beach, with a larger size couch. This was perfect for us to all watch movies together and walk to breakfast each morning!

Myrtle Beach Condo

The condo was great! Very clean and updated. The rest of the building was kind of rundown.

The apartment itself was beautiful. Very accurate description. Exactly as pictured. Excellent ocean views and the apartment was clean. Fully stocked kitchen if you need to prepare meals. Make coffee etc. However the elevators were dirty and the entrance of the building constantly smell of cigarette and marijuana. Pool chairs were dirty. Had trouble finding a clean one. Poor job by the building management on keeping common areas clean

Hey Antoinette, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the apartment itself—the views, cleanliness, and amenities are all things we take great pride in. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the elevators, entrance, and pool area. Those common spaces are managed by the building’s HOA, not our team, as we only manage the unit itself. We do pass along feedback like yours to building management, as we also want to see improvements in those shared spaces. We kindly ask that future reviews take this distinction into consideration, as we don’t have control over those areas. That said, we truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to host you again! -EV

Great place to stay!

Place was as described. Clean, great view, comfortable beds. I am always cold and there were no extra blankets in the condo. There were also some issues with the elevator taking forever, especially on the weekend. Since this is the penthouse, taking the stairs isn't an option. There were beach chairs in a closet which was nice. Overall it is a nice place to stay and I would stay here again if in the area.

Fabulous Condo, sketchy neighborhood

The condo was just as pictured and very clean and comfortable but from the balcony we were able to watch homeless people fighting and having EMS and police come 2 of the 4 days we were there at the property next door. The pools were nice and not too crowded. Beach access was great. We loved the full-time security on the property as well. The building is very old and smells wet and moldy but it was clean. There are 3 remotes for the one television in the living room and none of them worked so we had to download Roku on our phones in order to control the tv. Having televisions in the bedrooms would be the icing on the cake for this condo! We love Myrtle Beach

We booked the reservation through your company and not sure how Casago got involved but they’re a very unorganized company!! When we checked in we couldn’t even get extra towels they not us we have to deal with the rental company? The property is very old and out dated and needs a total facelift and a deep clean! We also requested a frying pan for the room and never got one!! You should not let them represent you

Great spot for two couples!

We had a difficult time finding a spot for two couples, and the penthouse at The Palace fit the bill. We had one small issue and the property management company came and fixed it immediately. We enjoyed that there was plenty of room for the four of us to sit on the couch together.

AMAZING

The place is exactly as listed. The place is just beautiful. There is not one thing I could say bad about this awesome place. Everything from entry to the building to the lobby to even the Elevators where extremely clean and SMELLED GOOD :) I have been to other places that it was just awful to get on the Elevators to get to the room they smelled and was so nasty you was scared to touch anything. This place went well beyond what I expected. The room was Spacious, inviting and relaxing! The contact with the Property Managers was extremely easy and friendly which made a very big impression as well.. I would totally recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in a nice relaxing and enjoyable area. I will be staying again for sure!
